A poetry collection about feeling misplaced.

6. The Ballerina Paradocs

I imagined broken, gracefully,

Ballerinas dancing swiftly in my head,

Laying small broken thoughts at the side of my bed,

For me to wear with my scarf and coat,

And to ship away like the tiniest boat,

but the bulldozers came, they crashed my conception,

and crushed every hope and dream,

Planted thousands of misplaced thoughts in my head,

Took all my guts and left fear instead,

I am not broken I scream,

at the top of my lungs,

Because I was never whole,

Can't remember the last time, I smiled,

I think I, might've lost my soul
