2. To M (Em) // Letting Go

Dear M (Em),

I completely understand what you're feeling in a way. Maybe you don't have to let it go. It does hurt that it's no longer going to be on TV, but it's a part of you. And sometimes you can't help it. If it has helped you in positive ways, then don't let go. It's clearly working. It's made you more confident and comfortable with certain things. Don't think of the negative out of it, think of all the things it's done for you.

Now, there is a difference between letting go and accepting that it's over. Accepting that it's over can be hard. It's almost like losing a really close friend, or loss loved one. That's hard to accept. But it takes time. It always does. In the end, you'll make peace with the fact that it's over and done with and that it's okay. It doesn't have to be a bad thing that it's no longer be showed. Just know that it was there for you when you needed it the most. It didn't let you down at all.

I hope this was helpful for you. Always know that if you need someone private to talk to, always inbox me and we can talk about whatever to get your mind off of stuff. Don't hesitate to comment another issue you need advice on! ❤️
