"The Knight gripped his reigns of the horses with his hands. They neighed, and snorted. The villagers were scared of the Knight; they were scared of their red eyes. No one wanted to go out at night; no one wanted to stay indoors at the taverns and inns. And, as the moon's glow hovered above the cobbled road of London Town, the terror of the Knight continued to form a legend that was told every year", Lord Charles said. Lady Elizabeth took a deep breath. "My Lord, how can we stop the Knight?", she asked him. "The Knight, my Lady, is a tale. Nothing more", he answered her. "But is he real?", she said. "Some people say he is real; some say he isn't real. Besides, in my opinion, the Knight's curse means death". He gazed at the small group. Then, as they finished their meals, all of them prayed to God before the morning was over.
