Army Tanks - Lashton

''This is no girl scout camp, Private.''

''Sir, No, sir.''

Luke is the scrawny new guy in the army, where no one think he belongs.

Ashton is the sir in Luke's tent, and not going easy on any of the boys.

This story is partly inspired by 'The Load' by ali (dancinginthestreet) and partly by PE in my school. This story is also on Wattpad.

29. Room 739

''I'm gonna find a way to pay you back.'' Michael said, as we sat in my car.

''There's no need Michael. It was a friendly gesture. I would've done it for all my close friends. Besides. You guys need those money more than I do. You still need to buy all the stuff needed for your kid. And I have plenty of money. It's not like I'd die without those 1000.'' I said, noticing that Elliot was waking up.

''Hey bub... Did you sleep well...?'' I asked, as I saw him look around confused.

He let out a yawn, making all of us coo at his cuteness.

''Let's get back home. Are you guys staying for dinner?'' I asked, looking back at the lovely couple in the backseat.

''If we're allowed.'' Calum said, his hand now laying on Michael stomach.

''Of course.'' I said, before turning back towards the steering wheel, and turned on the car, and began the drive home.

I walked down the stairs, after putting Elliot to bed, and went to the kitchen, to get a glass of something.

I opened the fridge, and took the half empty bottle of wine, drinking straight from the bottle.

God my life is getting stressing.

I took a deep breath, before I put the bottle back in the fridge.

I then walked to the living room and sat on the couch, beside Michael and Calum who were cuddling.

I looked at the TV, seeing it was Love Actually.

My favourite christmas movie.

I smiled shortly, before my phone suddenly buzzed, signalling someone was calling.

I stood up, and walked back to the kitchen, seeing it was Charlie.

I answered the call, a small smile on my lips.

''Hey.'' I said, trying to sound casual.

I walked over to the fridge and took the wine bottle again, this time pouring it into a glass.

''Hey Luke. I uh... I had hoped I could wait just a little longer, since I don't want to seem desperate, but I just couldn't stop myself. Would you like to join me for dinner the 27th?'' Charlie asked, sounding really nervous.

''I would like that.'' I said, and bit my lip, looking at the glass in my hand.

''You would? I was so scared you would say no.'' Charlie said, making me let out a small giggle.

''Yes. I would really like that.''I said, sitting on one of the chairs.

We ended up talking for two hours, and when we ended the call, it was around midnight.

I stood up, and walked to the living room, seeing Calum and Michael had fallen asleep.

I smiled lightly at them, before grabbing the blanket and laying it over them.

I then turned off the TV, before I headed to bed myself.

''Dada. Dada.'' I heard someone say into my ear, as a light weight was on top of me.

I opened one of my eyes, to see Elliot sitting on my chest.

''Hey bub... How did you get in here...?'' I asked, as I sat up, pulling him closer.

''Ikey.'' He said, as he laid his head against my chest.

''That's nice bub...'' I whispered, as I closed my eyes again.

I felt my chest become wet from Elliot's drool, but I couldn't really bring myself to care.

When I woke up the next time, Elliot was nowhere to be found in my room.

I got out from bed, and walked downstairs, to see him sitting in the kitchen, eating with Michael and Calum.

I smiled softly, before walking over and placing a small kiss on the top og Elliot's bed.

''Don't give my baby too much sugar now.'' I said, looking at all the syrup on his plate.

I heard Calum snort, making me laugh, as I grabbed a glass of juice from the fridge.

About an hour later Calum and Michael left, leaving me alone with Elliot, who was tired after his hyper attack.

''Bub... Try to sleep if you're so tired.'' I whispered, and then kissed the top of his head.

I saw his eyes fall shut, and I smiled lightly, before lifting him to bed.

It's pretty hard to be a parent sometimes.

But I still love Elliot to death.

Even though the other father is a dick.

I walked out to the bathroom, and saw that the mark on my cheek was more obvious than yesterday.

I took a deep breath.

I don't want to see Ashton.

He deserves to be in the hospital for being a shit parent.

I gulped.

Fuck it.

''Uhm... I'm here to see Ashton Irwin...?'' I said, looking at the woman behind the desk questioningly.

''Well uh... What is your relationship with him? We aren't allowed to let just anyone in.'' She said, giving me a short smile.

''Well... He is the father of my child, so I would say we aren't strangers. At all.'' I said, rubbing Elliot's back.

He currently had his onesie on, since I didn't feel like giving him all fancy clothes on right now, seeing that we're at the hospital.

''Oh, I see. He's in room 739, on the 5th floor.'' She said, giving Elliot a sweet smile, at which he giggled, making me smile at his cuteness.

''Thank you.'' I said, before walking over to the elevator, and pressing the button.

I walked into the levator, and held Elliot a little closer, as two other guys, that did not look friendly at all, were also in the elevator.

I noticed one of them staring at me in a non friendly way, and more sexual way, than should be legal.

The elevator dinged, and I quickly got out, seeing that it was actually my floor.

I continued to walk, until I saw the number '739' written in bold letters on the door.

I took a deep breath, before I walked over and knocked on the door.

''Come in.'' I heard a hoarse voice said, and I carefully opened the door and stepped in.

I saw Ashton laying in the bed, with bruises all over his face and body.

I gulped, and then our eyes met.

''Luke...?'' He asked, sounding surprised. He sat more up in the bed, as I walked over and sat on the chair.

''I'm only here for a short time. I have to go to my parents' house in an hour.'' I said, as I released my grip on Elliot a little, but still held his sleeping body to my chest.

I noticed how Ashton looked at my cheek, and his face instantly became sadder.

''I'm sorry...'' Ashton said, and looked down.

''Well... The damage is done now...'' I said, feeling Elliot begining to wake up.

Suddenly the door opened, and when I turned my head, I saw some guy I've never seen before walk in.

He instantly walked over, and kissed Ashton deeply.

Wait, what?

''Hey babe.'' The guy said, trying to sound sexy.

He probably hadn't noticed me yet.

I carefully stood up from the plastic chair, walking to the door, and turning to look at Ashton and the guy.

''One moment you call me a slut. The next you kiss me. And then you end up having someone else. What the hell went wrong in your head.'' I said harshly, before walking out of the room, and slamming the door behind me.

I suddenly bumped into someone, and when I looked up, I instantly recognized the pair of brown eyes.

Tears were falling down my cheeks, and Charlie instantly noticed.

''Hey... What's wrong Luke...? Are you okay...?'' He asked, carefully wiping away my tears.

''No.'' I whispered, before I leaned up, and slammed my lips against Charlie's not caring that we were in a hospital, or that Ashton probably could see us.

In fact, if Ashton could see us, I would be happy. Because then he would know that I'm over him.
