**Andres' house (above)

When we left Calum's house, Luke takes me back to his place where I'm staying at. Once we get inside, Luke asks me to sit in the living room so we can talk.

"So... what did you think of Haiti?" He asks. I grin, already knowing that my brother might possibly like her.

"I think she's really nice and pretty. I already approve." I tease. Luke's face turns red.

"What do you mean you approve?" He asks his voice squeaks at the end. He's nervous. I shrug.

"It's kinda obvious," I say. He leans in.

"What's obvious?" I give him a look.

"Luke, you like Haiti." He scrunches his eyebrows, trying to play cool.

"Well, yeah, but as friends. She's a nice girl and I'm excited for her as our assigned photo-" I cut him off.

"Luke! Just admit it, you like Haiti!" He rapidly shakes his head.

"No, I don't. Besides, I have-"

"A girlfriend, I know." I roll my eyes. Then I mumble the next part.

"Even though she's a bitch, and literally everyone doesn't like her." But Luke hears it.

"Really Madison?" I shrug.

"What? It's the truth. While we were eating, she started bragging about a time where you, her, Michael, and Crystal went to someplace. But we all knew about it. She was really bragging to Haiti and she would grunt whenever one of us would compliment her or talk about her liking photography. And she would glare at the side of her head whenever the attention was on Haiti and not her." I explain. I expected Luke to get mad at me for talking shit about his girlfriend, but all he did was sigh and shake his head. I decide to take that chance to continue.

"Haiti is funny, and it's obvious she's hella pretty. She has a nice smile and you can tell she doesn't like it when people talk highly of her because whenever we complimented her, she'd blush and try to change the subject on someone else. She's like the perfect fit for you." Luke blushes. Busted

"It doesn't matter if she's a perfect match for me or anything else: I'm in a relationship, and Haiti and I are just friends." I scoff and get up to go to my room.

"Whatever. Keep telling yourself that. Before you know it, you'll be itching to put your hands on her because you know you want her." Before I head upstairs, I thought I heard Luke mumble.

"I can barely keep my hands off her now."

I'm in my car driving to a certain someone. I was speeding pretty fast because I'm still pissed at Luke. That stupid Haiti girl is annoying the hell out of me and I just want to punch her in her face. Everyone automatically likes her and I'm not understanding why. Even Luke likes her. She better watch herself. Like, Madison likes her, but she doesn't like me. I mean, I'm a pretty likable person. I hear my phone go off. It's a call from Luke. Ugh, he's so annoying, I thought. I pick it up and press answer then put him on speaker.

"Hello?" I say, my voice sounding annoying.

"Hey. Where are you?" I roll my eyes. Of course, he has to know where I'm going

"I'm going home." I lie.

"Oh." Silence takes over.

"Is that it?" I ask.

"Are you still mad at me?" He asks.

"Of course! You were being a dick to me earlier today."

"No, I was not. You know you were being rude to Haiti." I couldn't control myself anymore.

"Why the fuck does everyone care about Haiti?! She's not that fucking special. Besides we all just met her. So what if I was being rude to her? I thought she was trying to hit on you, so I stepped in and put her in her place."

"But she wasn't hitting on me. Why do you not like her so much? She hasn't even done anything to you."

"Why is it that whenever we talk about Haiti, you're always sticking up for her? She's not your girlfriend, Luke. I am." He sighs.

"Obviously. Stop being such a brat and maybe I won't have to stick up for her." I scoff.

"Oh, so now I'm a brat? You shouldn't have to stick up for her at all. She's not your responsibility."

'Why do you always at like this? It's always an argument with you." I roll my eyes.

"Maybe it's because I'm tired of feeling like you're trying to control me in this relationship. You're treating me like I'm a child and not your girlfriend."

"Well, I wouldn't have to treat you like a child if you weren't always acting like one." He says.

"You know what? Fuck you, Luke. You're such an asshole!"

"Babe, c'mon-" I cut him off.

"No, fuck off. I'll talk to you later."

"Bye!" I press the end call, then toss my phone on the passenger seat. I'm not a fucking child, I thought. Once I've reached my destination, I pull up into the driveway and get out. I knock on the door and wait to be greeted. The door opens, revealing the person I know who can make this day better.

"Hey, baby." I grin.

"Hey, boo." I walk in.

I drive to my brother's house after the party at Calum's. I knock three times then open the door. I walk into the living room to see Andres and Jax smoking weed. They're both in hysterics as smoke fills the living room and Broccoli by DRAM and Lil Yachty is blasting through the speakers. I pull the collar of my shirt up and cover my nose and mouth.

"Aye, lil sis!" Andres calls to me. I sit next to him and watch my brother and my best friend act stupid, knowing that they're already high.

"Aye, man. I got a question." Jax says to Andres as he passes the joint to him.

"Aight. Hit me." Jax laughs before he speaks.

"Is the 's' or the 'c' silent in 'scent'?" He asks. Andres blows the smoke then freezes. He turns and looks at me with his eyes wide like Jax just asked a million dollar question then turns back to him.

"Dude. That's a good question. I think they're both silent." Jax nods before taking the joint from him and inhales it.

"Then wouldn't the word be 'ent' because the 's' and the 'c' are silent?" He asks. They sit there and think about it. I shake my head at them. Idiots.

"Where's Novanna, Jax?" I ask him.

"She's at home." I nod. He nudges Andres.

"Dude, I gotta another question." He pauses before answering.

"Why do our feet smell, and our nose runs?" I smack my forehead.

"Man, why would our nose be running? Where would it go?" Andres says. Jax shrugs.

"I dunno, man. Maybe it's running away because our feet stink." They both laugh.

"True. But then how do our feet stink?" Andres repeats the question.

"You guys are stupid," I say as I get up and walk to the kitchen. They start yelling curse words at me before continuing their conversation. I just laugh. When I open the refrigerator, I feel my phone buzz in my pocket. It was a text.

Jevon: Hey can we talk?

I freeze. Why is he still texting me? I decide to finally text back.

Me: what do you want Jevon?

Jevon: I really need to talk to you.

Me: no you don't. i don't understand why need to speak to me.

Jevon: Please, just meet me at our spot.

I scoff.

Me: i'm not meeting you there. that's no longer "our" spot. It stopped being our spot when you cheated on me with three other women.

Jevon: Then meet me at Starbucks.

I roll my eyes, knowing that that's his favorite cafe restaurant. Then I get angry with remembering that so quickly.

Me: fine.

Jevon: Thanks.

I walk out of the kitchen and into the living room, where Jax and Andres are vaping their smoke from the weed.

"Dude, that's dope." They start laughing.

"Hey, Andres. I'm gonna head out." He passes the joint to Jax.

"What? You just got here. Where you going?" I quickly think of a lie, knowing that if I tell him that I'm meeting Jevon, he'd flip and want to see him.

"I'm uh, going to take some photos. My boss called me in, saying that I got a client." He shrugs.

"Okay. Have fun. Oh, and if it's a female, make sure you get a photo of her in her lingerie and send it to me." I make a disgusted face and grab a pillow from the couch and throw it at him. He and Jax just laugh. I get in my car and drive to Starbucks. I remember that my hair was a little damp from swimming and really curly. But then I also remember that I don't need to impress Jevon anymore because we're not together. Once I make it to Starbucks, I park and walk inside. It wasn't packed like it usually is. I look around and see Jevon sitting at a booth, typing on his phone. I take a breath before walking over to him. I pull the chair out and sit down. He looks up at me, watching me sit down. We sit in silence before he speaks.

"You look go-" I put my hand up, cutting him off.

"Don't, Jevon. Just tell me what you need to say so I can go on with my day." I look everywhere, but him.

"I miss you." I whip my head at him. I search his face to see if he's lying. He keeps a straight face and stares into my eyes.

"I can't go back to you, Jevon." He sighs.

"Why? I've changed, I really have. I've owned up to my mistakes, I've regretted it. You were the best thing that happened to me and you really changed my life. When I'm around you, I feel like I need to be better." I roll my eyes at the last part.

"Obviously not because you slept with three different women while we were together. What, when you were around me, did it make you feel you needed to sleep with them?" I ask. He rubs his face.

"Please, just give me another chance, I'll do anything. I'm begging you." He reaches across the table and grabs my hand. I pull away.

"I thought you were everything to me. I thought we were going to last at least three more years. But never have I ever thought you would cheat on me. Ever. You slept with three different women like those two years of us being together was nothing. And what sucks even more, you told me you loved me and that I was the one while you were cheating. I bet you said that to me right when you got done sleeping with those other girls. I don't trust you and I don't think I ever will. If you're willing to do anything, then stop bothering me." And with that, I get up and walk out, feeling proud of myself, but also feeling hurt all over again.

That is it for chapter four. I took a whole day to do this and I feel proud of myself. For some reason, this is my favorite chapter so far. I think my favorite part would have to be when Arzaylea and Luke are arguing over the phone, and when Jax and Andres are high. You guys let me know what was your favorite part of this chapter. Thanks for reading my story, the numbers of views are growing rapidly. Love you all.

P.S.- I've decided to publish on Saturdays on ALL of my uncompleted stories so if you read either this story or any of my others, be ready on Saturday. Thanks!
