Every day in the cafeteria, he noticed her and hoped he'd find a reason to talk to her.

She sat with her small group of friends, who were as quiet as ants. He sat with his friends and many others, longing for his attention. 

He bothered her a bit, the way he thought he was everything. How he laughed at the desperate girls jokes, as they went on and on about everything completely useless to know.

But she did notice him, every little thing about him. And he noticed her, no matter what she thought, he sure did.
