1. Hey...

Raeghyn`s POV

"Where are you headed off to next?" The girl next to me asked as the bell rang and we gathered our stuff up.

"Gym" I replied as we walked toward the door. We stepped out into the hall, which was overflowing with teenagers.

"Have fun!" She yelled as she walked the opposite direction.

"Gee, thanks." I mumbled as I slipped into the locker room. I was hit in the face with the smell of about 20 different perfumes mixed together. I starting coughing, trying to get the smell out of my lungs. I was greeted by the female gym teacher, who handed me a lock and a locker number. I thanked her and started wandering around like a lost child, looking for my locker.

Finally finding it, I threw my backpack onto the bench and pulled my gym clothes out. I headed for the stalls, where I could change away from the eyes of prying classmates. I slipped into the handicapped stall, which was bigger and allowed more breathing room. I am extremely claustrophobic and those little stalls give me anxiety attacks. After changing, I opened the stall door to find five girls standing outside.

"What, are you too cool to change out with the rest of us?" One snickered, flipping her short hair. The rest of them laughed, putting in their two cents.

I rolled my eyes and started walking away.

"Did you see her scars? I`m glad she cuts, she deserves it." I heard from behind me. I froze, forgetting that I was exposed, and would be for the rest of the semester. Shit.

I looked down. Scars marked my forearms and thighs, screaming for attention. I walked over to where my backpack sat, took out a sweatshirt and pulled it over my head and then made my way out to the gym.

"Groups of three!" My teacher, Mr. Schwartz called out just as I walked in. I looked around, seeing no one I knew. Out of the corner of my eye, I see two guys walking towards me.

"Hey..." The taller one started saying. "Wanna be part of our group?"

"Do I have a choice?" I asked, looking around and seeing that they were the only two left.

"Guess you`re stuck with us." He smirked. I rolled my eyes, but followed them to a spot on the floor.

"Alright, you better be comfortable with the people in your group because you`re stuck with them all semester!" Mr. Schwartz called out, a little too happily. "I want you to introduce yourselves to your group members, tell them a little about yourselves if you don`t know each other already!"

Both guys turned their attention to me.
