Traveling Abroad: Return to Paradise

Seoul, South Korea is the place Amber and Emily have deemed paradise. The two visited last year and had the time of their lives. They were able to explore a new city outside of the United States, made friends, and got boyfriends. Not to mention they were able to hang out with Amber's awesome cousin Nari, who also snagged a boyfriend. Now, as their boyfriends are rising in fame thanks to being in the group BTS, how will their relationships hold? Will this summer in paradise be even better than the last?

10. Slow Dancing

*~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~*

“Hello Bangtan Sonyeondan!” I burst into the room where the boys practice.

However, the only person in the room is Taehyung, and he’s sat on the floor messing with a laptop.

“Taehyung,” I walk over and sit down next to my boyfriend.

“Hi jagi,” Taehyung clicks a few more things on the laptop before looking at me. “That was cute, how you screamed,” he smirks.

“Shut up,” I shove him. “You don’t have to speak English is you don’t want to.”

“I’m fine,” he leans in and gives me a quick kiss. “It’s just us for now anyways. Is my English bad?”

“No, your English is very good. Also, super cute.”

“Your Korean is very good, too,” he grabs my hand. “Ready to slow dance with me?”

“Is that my surprise?” I giggle. “Why? If I may ask.”

“You complained after a school dance about never slow dancing. I’ve been planning this for a while.”

“Do you have all my wishes and stuff written down in a notebook?”

          His cheeks barely redden, “Maybe.”

“Tae, that’s so cute! Ah, I hit the boyfriend jackpot with you.”

“Jagiya,” he chuckles. “Anything to make you happy.”

“So, you have a playlist of slow songs?”

“And the guys are leaving us alone until we are done?”

“Come on then,” I jump up, pulling Taehyung with me.

“Whoa,” he laughs, stumbling a bit.

I giggle, looking Taehyung up and down. “Basketball shorts and a long-sleeved shirt.”

“Yes, that is my outfit. And running shoes,” he kicks a foot up for me to see.

“It’s all you ever seem to wear to these practices. Well, mostly.”

“You are wearing short shorts and a t-shirt. Being so cute.”

“Stop,” I slap his arm. “Just play the music.”

Taehyung bends down and taps a few things on the laptop. Then music starts playing through the speakers around the room.

“So,” I shuffle around in my high-top Converse. “How does this work? Like, where do your hands go?”

Taehyung steps in front of me, a soft smile on his lips. “Innocent jagi, and you want to move faster.”

“I’m not innocent,” I pout. “Okay, I am, but that changes nothing. I still want to do everything with you. No matter how much I blush.”

“Just follow my lead.” He places an arm around my back, taking my left hand and placing it on his shoulder.

“Then we hold hands,” I take my right hand to grab his free left. “This is a step up from school dances.”

“Only the best for you,” he kisses my forehead. “Now, I’ll guide us.”

The two of us glide around the room in time to the music. We don’t speak for a while; just smile and stare into each other’s eyes.

“My beautiful girl,” Taehyung speaks up after a song or two.

“My handsome man,” I wish I was taller so I could connect our lips with ease.

          “Beautiful,” he hums.

“Just going to keep saying that?”

“I could, but, I have news to tell you.”

“Oh, yeah. What did the company say about us?”

“Let me start from the beginning,” he pulls me closer. “So, the seven of us walked into our managers’ office, and they were happy to see us. After chatting for a bit, Namjoon brought up the reason we were there. They were shocked. I guess they didn’t think we would date you or something.”

“It’s hard when I’m so cute,” I use my left hand to mess with the hair at the nape of his neck.

“That is true,” he chuckles. “They listened as we rambled about how much we love you. That you are the best thing to come into my life. How happy you make me, and how you push me to be better.”

          “Namjoon said he loves Emily?”

“Oh, yeah, he did. I think he was caught in the moment, but I think love is a strong word for him. I don’t know. Maybe very strong liking is better.”

“I’m guessing the other boys back you two up.”

“They did. Yoongi-hyung even talked about the sister-like bond he feels with you, and how having you around helps him.”

“To think he didn’t trust me when we first met. I’m glad to have him as a brother figure.”

“After all was said, they sent us out to talk it all over. I was so nervous. You mean the world to me, and I would never leave you.”

“I know, Tae. Nothing will break us apart.”

“They called us back in, and all of us were ready for the news.”

          “I’m not,” I take a shaky breath.

“It’s good, jagi,” Taehyung tenderly smiles. “They are going to let us stay together.”

The two of us stop moving, and just stand letting the words soak in.

“I don’t know what to say,” I bring my arms away from him. “I’m so happy.” I wrap my arms around his torso, resting my head on his shoulder.

“I was ready to do anything for us, but it all worked out,” Taehyung places his free left hand on my hip.

“What about being public? I just want to know.”

“Oh, about that, they didn’t give a clear answer. We aren’t going to go public right away anyways.”

“I know. It would have been nice. I don’t want to hide from anyone.”

“We won’t hide,” Taehyung pulls me away from his body so we can make eye contact. “I want everyone to know you are mine and I am yours. We just have to wait a little bit. It stinks, but I want to keep you just mine a bit longer.”

I giggle, “I guess I want to be private for some more time, too.”

“As long as I get to be with you, I’ll be happy,” he smirks, sending a wink my way.

“Sexy,” I push onto my tip-toes. “Kiss?”

Taehyung doesn’t hesitate to connect our lips. His tongue sweeping across my bottom lip.

My whole face is hot, but I will myself to take the next step to upgrade the kiss.

French kissing for the first time is a weird sensation. I can’t tell if I’m doing anything right, or if Taehyung is even enjoying it.

The kiss breaks when my toes start to cramp and I fall back on my heels. A string of saliva spans the distance between our lips.

“Gross,” I wipe our lips of the kissing evidence. “Ugh,” I dry my hands on the butt of my shorts.

“I’m glad you wanted that,” Taehyung tickles my sides.

I burst into laughter, “Tae, you ruined the moment.”

“No, I made it better,” he grabs my waist so I don’t run away. “Nothing is ruined if you are laughing.”

          “Did I kiss okay?”

Taehyung chuckles, “Perfect. Made my stomach flip.”

“Good,” I close my eyes, resting my head on his shoulder again. “I love you.”

“I love you,” he begins swaying us. “Um, can I ask you to something for me?”

          “Like a favor?”

          “What is it?”

          “Say oppa, please.”

“Oppa,” I stretch the word out.

“That was too hot,” he groans. “Can you call me that sometimes?”

“Oh, I mean if you really want me to, I can,” I bite the inside of my bottom lip.

“You don’t have to, if you don’t want to. If it makes you uncomfortable you can keep calling me Tae.”

“No,” I run my hands up and down his back. “I can call you oppa. If I remember.”

“You are so cute,” he kisses the top of my head. “No glasses though. I promise you that you look great in them.”

“Emily has them, so don’t worry.”

          “Good, good.”

The music stops playing and I slowly open my eyes. “This was a lot of fun,” I smile, looking up at Taehyung. “Thank you for doing this.”

“My pleasure,” he looks down at me. “I have to keep my jagi happy.”

“I think you’ll always be able to do that,” I take a small step away from him.

“Guess it’s time to let everyone know we can start the day.”

“One more thing,” I grab Taehyung’s face and gently pull him down so our noses touch. “Nose kiss,” I giggle and shake my head so our noses rub against one another. After a few seconds, I pull away with a huge smile on my face.

Taehyung is a little shocked, and his cheeks are slightly red. “I love you so much. Never stop being cute.”

“Never stop being you, and I think we have a deal.”

“I have to get the boys before I cuddle you for the rest of time.”

I laugh, “Let’s get this day started!”

Here is the schedule for posting that I will try my best to stick to: Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. I'll even do two chapters today to make up for lack of new chapters. Hope you enjoyed this. Feedback is always welcome! :D
