The three of them sat and chatted for another three hours whilst Jim explained about the exploration and the enormity of the task ahead of them. Then Jim told them that he would like the two of them to meet the rest of the team so Jim made a few calls to get everyone to come down with all of their clothing ready to fly from Heathrow airport in three days time. Then he said goodnight to the two women.

“Je vous verrai demain matin; bring Rob with you she winked.’

“Oh I see.’

“Jim got into his car and drove back to Bernard Park where Rob would be waiting.’

He went to the boot and took out both his and Rob’s cases.’

When he got there Rob had been hitting the scotch.’

“He was none too pleased with the idea of Selene coming along until Jim mentioned Monique with the large breasts and slim figure who they would be meeting in the morning.’

Well that changes everything said Rob with a wry smile.

“What time are we meeting these ladies and tell me more about Monique.’

“Jim painted the best picture that he could of the girl whom he had just met.

“He watched as Rob’s eyes became more and more interested as he explained that she was the distant relative of Renoir the famous artist. Her father is giving us 50.000 francs so that she can come with us to help with the restoration of the artefacts.

“Well as long as they know they don’t get a share of the loot I’m okay with it.

“Selene knows about the treasure but not how much there is or how much it could be worth so keep that under your hat.’

“My lips are sealed Lieutenant.’

“Good now come on lets turn in we have an early start in the morning. I have rang the others and told them to get to Dublin in the next three days. We will have to tell them about the two girls and their role in this but I don’t see a problem do you.’

“Well apart from the woman that was on board that fishing boat no.’

“Look the war is over now Rob this is different.’

“I guess you are right old chap.’

Rob finished the last of his whiskey in his glass then headed for his room.

Jim went to the bathroom where he jumped into the shower that Rob had.

It was far better than the tin bath that he was used to at home. Mind not everyone had their own bathroom in London; only the well off could afford that luxury.

He stood under the shower and soaped his body the water seemed to relax him. He stepped out onto a mat then used the towel that was hanging up to dry himself with.

He put on a clean pair of underwear then after cleaning his teeth he headed for his room. Pulling the sheets back he slipped inside them and then turned out the light.
