A Large Amount of Gratitude (3 Good Things)

So I’d like to share a ever growing list of fundamental things that I feel grateful for. I usually only reflect on one or a few of these things when I need to but I thought a list like this one could be helpful both for you and for me. And maybe not every item on this list works in your life, then take what works from here and create and add to put together your own list.


29. The Twenty-Ninth Day


On a lazy Sunday I am grateful for:

85. Those days where I can just stay in my pajamas and in bed because the world and the tasks ahead seem just a bit too daunting. It is my shield in the storm and a break in the sea of stress. I can’t wait till all of my exams are over and I can just do this for a while.


86. Friends who encourage you to be active. I’ve stopped exercising as much as I was before, although I have been walking more often and farther, and one of my friends has encouraged me to do a 10K next year. That should be so fun! I’m sure my heart will thank me when on the first days of training I’ll be dying like a walrus.


87. Fantasy displayed in books or in films.

These help me believe in the impossible. Even if fairies or dragons aren’t real they inspire me to write and stretch my minds to the farthest corners of far worlds. I can apply what they teach me to ordinary day life and that makes it all the more better.
