Three Kilometres from Riyadh.’Came under fire from insurgents after we discovered an IED in the road and detonated it. Four of the insurgents are dead in the subsequent fire; no casualties to report.’

“Well done falcon.’

“Do I carry on to Riyadh, over?

“Falcon return to base and await further instruction; over.’

“Message received over and out.’

“Roger ordered his men to return to base so they wasted no time and turned back to where they had come from.’

The forty minute drive back to base seemed a lot faster than going out.’
