I’m easy mate; what ever you’re having I will gladly share.’

Ronnie went out to order the pizzas from the phone box to order the food from Aroma Pizzas. He ordered four bags of chips as well. They told him that they would be about half an hour.

That’s fine I will come to the gate in half an hour.’

“There you go; food is sorted.’ They continued to watch the movie until Sean Connery gets shot then Ronnie asked if they would pause the film until he came back. The bill was fourteen pounds Ronnie gave the Asian looking man fifteen.

He came back inside then found some plates; sharing out the food he gave everyone a fork.

“Chips as well said Brenda; I will never eat all of this.’

“I’m sure Ronnie won’t let it go to waste said Ann as she popped another chip into her mouth.’

The girls avoided the talk of Leaving on Friday as they both knew how upsetting it would be for both of them.

The film resumed and Sean Connery’s immortal line “What are you prepared to do” with his dying breath echoed around the room. He passed his chain and amulet to his friend then died.’

“Is he dead asked Ann?

The girls were intrigued by the film and when the end came they said that they had enjoyed watching it.’

Roger looked at his watch and said time to hit the hay I think.’

“What time is it asked Brenda?

“It’s twenty past twelve.’

“Really I didn’t think it was that late.’

“Well it was nearly two hours long.’

The girls cleared away the rubbish then washed up the cups before going to the bathroom which was small but usable.

Both Roger and Ronnie were already tucked up in their beds. The rooms were warm having left the oil filled radiator on.

Brenda said goodnight to Ann then closed the door. Even though the bedrooms were not facing each other they could hear Ann and Ronnie talking.’ It wasn’t long before the sound of their lovemaking
