Emily and James

Emily and her friends enter a new world where they don't fit in. They don't have a group to belong to but Emily becomes close to a certain guy and he opens a door for all of them.

5. A visit to heaven-James

After English, me and Emily just carry on talking. I feel as if I can truly just be myself and relax around her. She obviously keeps her angelic manners and respectfulness throughout the entire conversation but towards the end I feel as if I've broken through a barrier. As if there are many doors left, but she had opened the first one for me. Seeing her was like a visit from an angel but talking to her was like been taken on a visit to heaven. Halfway through the conversation I casually mention,

"I just thought I would let you know that Miss Hall is my mum." She politely replies with,

"I wasn't going to say anything in case I was wrong, but I do see the resemblance and I noticed you had the same surname when she did the register."

"Most people don't see any resemblance or realise that we have the same surname, so you must be quite observant," I add.

"I wouldn't say I'm observant but I do take in my surroundings and pick up on a few details here and there." She was completely perfect; I couldn't fault her. It was as if she was some sort of goddess that could give her time to any guy and they would love her, but out of all the guys in school she chose me! It still felt like a dream. I didn't dare pinch myself unless i woke up and this beautiful girl dissappeared.

"So what's your favourite subject?" I ask her.

"Well, I enjoy maths and science. What about you?" she replied naively.

"My favourite subject is probably drama. You get to turn into another person whilst still being you. What sets are you in?" I ask.

"I'm in set one for everything that's setted...sorry I don't mean to boast. I just...well...um" she adds quietly.

"No worries. You weren't boasting anyway, you were still as modest as ever" I reply, attempting to reassure her. She just slightly blushes. "You know, you're really cute when you blush" I add.

"Thanks" she replies whilst blushing even more and smiling at me.

"I was wondering if you would tutor me in science, as I'm not that good at it and your in set one for it, so you must be good" I request.

"Yeah I'll tutor you if you want. Where should we meet? When do we start?" she asks.

"Well, I was thinking tonight at my house at around 4:30pm, if that fits in?" I reply.

"Well, I don't think i have any plans for tonight so I think I can make it, but where do you live?" she politely adds and asks.

"I live at 42 Ashfield Crescent" I said.

"Oh, I live nextdoor at 44 Ashfield cresent!" she adds, in a cute little surprised voice. This is great, and it means she'll be able to come to my house much more often.
