Take me to wonderland

Chloe's living a miserable life. She's invisible to everyone, but a girl named Sabrina, the biggest bitch in school. She enjoy to make her life even more miserable than it already is.
Chloe has never had a boyfriend and doesn't even know what love is. Her only friend is Daniel. And she doesn't see him in that way, at least she thinks so. He's always there for her. If it's Sabrina or her parents.
Chloe wishes to get away from all her miseries. Only in her dreams she can escape reality. But what happens if not only the dreams, but also what's worse, follows you into reality? If you can't tell the difference between what's real and what's not?

6. How real?

I woke up again. Covered in sweat. Was this a dream? But the other one wasn't. Or was it. Day after day, it got more and more confusing. I couldn't tell the difference of reality and dreams anymore. I always woke up in the middle of an episode. So if this wasn't dreams... Did I have blackouts? And what happened during those blackouts? I could imagine things. I shook it of. I had to go to school.

I looked for Daniel. Even though I wanted to find him. I also wanted to avoid him. I still couldn't look him in the eyes after yesterday. A dream or not. Both things were embarrassing.

A sudden shadow covered for the sun, and my lips felt nicely warm. The warm feeling went from my lip all the way down to my toes. The shadow disappeared and the shadow shaped into Daniel. "Good morning, sunshine!" he said. My whole face looked like a Tomato in less than a second. I covered my face with my small hands. So it wasn't a dream..? "Morning," I mumbled into my hands. He held my finger lightly and removed my hands. I looked at him, totally red. "Something wrong?" he asked. I couldn't speak, so I just shook my head to tell him no. "Are you sure? Do you have a fever?" his forehead were a millimetre from mine, and as soon as it his warm skin touched mine, my face went from tomato red, to a pure rose red. "You're warm! Are you sure you're okay?" he seemed pretty worried. But my voice wasn't functional, so I just nodded. "Wait? Are... Are you blushing?" I didn't think my face could get any hotter, so I just covered up my face again. "Omg, you are... ehm..." I could see a slightly red area on his cheek. I giggled a little. "So now, you think it's funny." I could see a smirk on his face. But it disappeared at quickly as it appeared. "Are you alright? I mean, you know... Yesterday." I could see he was a little ashamed. "It wasn't my intentions to attack you, like I did. I just couldn't control my self." He looked at his shoes. I removed my hands. It really wasn't a dream? Even though I was scared, I gathered my courage and lifted my hands to his face. My cold fingers touched his warm cheeks. A shiver ran through my fingertips. But it wasn't bad. "I know you meant well. Something is affecting all of us, right. I mean, I didn't resist." I blushed again, but I didn't hide. I smiled, a careful smile, but a smile. It made him smile, and that made me smile even more. He pulled me in, and kissed me again. This time I didn't just leave him to do my part. I kissed him as well. I didn't care about the rest of the school seeing us. Some of the girls even made faces. But the worst, or you can call it the best from my point of view, was probably Sabrina's face. She had always had this huge crush on David, and now... That was a vision I will never forget. But I had one question.
