Aiden González knows he's good looking, knows he can get any girl he wants and knows that every guy on campus wants to be him. The rebellious teen living at an army camp for 4-19 year olds finds himself in charge of training new candidates after getting back from a three month mission and to say he's pissed off would be an understatement. That is; until he meets a certain Lexi Matthews.

8. The Aryan Race

It's been six days since we arrived and now Tuesday's rolled back around. Lexi and I have been playing our parts; I've already been suspended for a week and Lexi's been suffering through an hour and a half in detention every day. Lottie has only passed me in the hallways a couple times but once we know that no one's sneaking out of their rooms at night she's been coming in  here and all three of us have talked about what to do.

Lexi's out snooping now whilst I've just finished a video conference with my uncle.I literally just closed the lid of my laptop when Lexi and Lottie burst through the door, slamming it shut behind them and looking at me with fear slapped across their faces.

"Lexi found something." Lottie said before I could even comprehend that they're actually in the room. She's the worst I've ever seen her; the usually pristine uniform is torn and muddy and in desperate need of an iron. Her face is pale, her eyes wide and wild and I'm pretty sure she's trying to hold down some sick.

I looked at Lexi who just looks petrified. "What's going on?"

"We were walking back here and we overheard the teacher's talking." As Lexi explained Lottie only looks sicker. "Aiden," I looked back at Lexi. "They're trying to make an Aryan Race."

"A what?"

"Adolf Hitler." Lottie gasped. "They're trying to succeed in what Hitler couldn't."

Lexi looked at me gravely after we both took in the information. Lottie stumbled before Lexi caught and she mumbled something before blacking out.

"What did she say?"

Lexi swallowed and looked at me, straining under Lottie's weight. "They're using the talented kids as weapons."
