The "Good Girl"

"Good girl? Are you sure?"

"Well yeah. I mean you have Never. Ever done anything bad in school."

"That's because you have never seen me out of school before"

11. ~8~

When I made it to my moms room I saw that she was on the floor tossing and turning. Her skin looked like all the warmth had been drained from her body, she was so pale.

I took my phone and dialed 911 immediately. I then Reid to help my mom and pick her up but she kept moving and tossing.

I needed help getting her on the bed. If she wasn't moving so much it wouldn't be a problem.

The boys. They can help.

• Luke's POV •

The boys and I were setting up for band practice when I heard Becky yelling, and calling my name.

I looked towards her house to see that she was yelling from her window.

"Luke! I need you and the guys. Please hurry. It's my mom. I need help,"I dropped everything and raced toward her house with the guys following me.

The door was unlocked and I went towards the noise. I saw that she was trying to get her mom into the bed but was struggling.

She was trying to calm her mom but it wasn't working. "I can't get her onto the bed. I need your help,"she said.

We all picked her up gently and carefully and got her onto the bed. "Did you call an ambulance?"Calum asked. She just nodded and by that time we heard sirens. I looked at Becka to see that she was sitting in the floor crying.

I would be crying to of this was happening to me.

Her mom still hadn't calmed down.

The medics came and took her mom on a gurney. We walked with them down stairs and they told Becka something that made me want to smack",You can't ride with her."

The ambulance took off and Becka turned to me. Her face was stained with tears and more tears were steadily coming. Like a stream from her eyes. She looked so broken. I held my arms out to her and she walked to me and hugged me.

"Hey shh it will be alright. We can take my car and follow them,"I say rubbing circles on her back. She was already walking to my car and was in the passenger seat before I was even out of her drive way.

The ride was silent and Becka's hands were shaking so I took one of her hands into mine and she looked up at me but not the way she usually looks at me.

It was a look of relief. "Thank you,"she said.
