A Universe Trapped in a Labyrinth

This is my boring and interesting and teenager life spanning from age 15 to 18 (May 2015-August 2018)
Within you'll find many re-inventions of myself, boy trouble, school trouble and life trouble. (Plus interesting bits I thought I would include as well).
Do you dare to enter the maze?

6. Peace at last

Subject: Peace at last.

Tip/advice: #6 Do not exhaust yourself.

It is finally the weekend and thank god for that! The weekend means peace and lie ins and sleep.

Sleep is wonderful!

Sleep means that the lines of care and toil had smoothed and virtually disappeared, imperfections all but a memory. Eyelids closed against the dim light of dawn and  breathing deep and relaxed, all the muscles in the face and body were totally at peace, like a baby in its' first throes of slumber and before REM kicked in. Not a twitch, not a spasm, barely any movement of the chest rising and falling with each intake of air such was the depth of oblivion. This was a body totally at peace, at rest, at one with itself, rejuvenating the mind and muscles before the onset of yet another day. The peaceful and serene dreams blocking out the dangers of the outside. No emotion, time stands still as the young mind blocks out the horror and pain lived out each day.

We are what our dreams are.

Dreams are awesome. Sleep is awesome.

This week has been mentally exhausting. It has been long and tiresome and the weekend is the fuel that I need in order to recover. Two fabulous days to do absolutely nothing and smile while doing it. Maybe, I will finally do something today or tomorrow, but it will not be planned. It will be spontaneous!

I do not want this weekend to end.

Sleep is my drug. My bed is my dealer. My alarm is the police (thank god it will not arrive this weekend). And Monday is my prison.
