A Universe Trapped in a Labyrinth

This is my boring and interesting and teenager life spanning from age 15 to 18 (May 2015-August 2018)
Within you'll find many re-inventions of myself, boy trouble, school trouble and life trouble. (Plus interesting bits I thought I would include as well).
Do you dare to enter the maze?

150. 2018 Resolutions

31/1/17, 20:44,

This is the last time that I will write 2017 as an official date! I've only just realised that.

My resolutions that I set last year for 2017 were as follows:

1. Experiment with makeup some more - stretch my creative spirit in that field.

2. Get a job - because the money is worth it but don't let it impede on my time for studying.

3. Cope with A-levels and hopefully aim to achieve an AAA or an AAB in my subjects, after I drop one.

Number 1 is a SUCCESS since I've experimented with eyeshadows, liquid eyeliner and even contour. This year I even did my own makeup for my Brothers wedding and hunted out the best eyeliners that didn't smudge after long use (the bodyshop was great for feeding my addiction). I've even found a matching foundation that stays on, moisturises and doesn't make me look either like a ghost or tanned.

Number 2 is a PASS/FAIL? since I have tried to get a job, putting my CV into shops on about 20 different occasions throughout the year. I unfortunately didn't get any of those I applied for. I did manage to get some office work off of my brother but I didn't really have to work for that, I just got it and got paid for it, for a few weeks.

Number 3 is another PASS/FAIL? since I have dropped one and achieved an A in psychology AS. My predicted grades are AAB so I am on track. But in biology I've been struggling getting E's and D's when I've actually tried my hardest on mocks. I'm worrying a bit but I have until June to turn this around and I can do it, I think!

Resolutions for 2018 then:

1. Get into my uni of choice which needs an AAA/AAB and rock the uni life.

2. Complete five novels that I have unfinished here on Movellas, which is Summer Kids, Dollhouses & War, To Risk it All, Borders And Barriers, and Up There so High.

3. Read slightly more, this year I've slacked off on physical reading a bit and I want to get back on it with a goal of 30 novels by the end of next year.

4. Be more active here on Movellas - put more CC on works, talk to more people, collaborate on projects and the like. I want to get to know more people because there's thousands of people here that I don't know.

Happy New Year everyone, I hope 2017 has treated you well and 2018 will treat you even better.
