It's Today?! - The Story of My Life

Who knows maybe with the incentive, I may keep this diary, and not just as a collections of rants, and updates ever time I get ill. I mean seriously, two entries in three years? Both saying "I'm sick"?

For the diary comp. Winner of May.

Well I said I'd keep this up, and must apologise because... Well, I have not. So much has been happening. Just in the last two weeks I've been to Amsterdam and back, then the day we returned we picked up two Japanese friends from the station and they've been staying ever since. Last weekend we took them on a barge holiday, round near Milton Keynes, and on the way back spent the day in Cambridge shopping. I bought some much needed boots... Which I then paraded round in to see who would notice. My parents did not, until my boyfriend pointed them out. He noticed straight away.
Actually, there's a point. I've got a boyfriend since I last updated this. That's something... I think some of you may know him, but I'll let you play guess who!

I have also moved all the way across the country, and said goodbye to the rolling hills of Gloucestershire. We have the beach now though, so that's fun! Because of my fathers new job, as a medical officer for the RAF, we now live just off a typhoon base, and my goodness are the planes loud some days! I've never been so great full of double glazing when on the phone...

A couple of weeks back my father had to deal with a motorbike accident. They'd hit a deer at 55mph and we're not in a good state. We were on the way to have a bbq on the beach when we came across the scene. Mum diverted traffic and I looked after the kids, kept them off the road and away from trouble until the police came and shut it down all the way up to the closest junction either side. Then Logan found the body of the deer. It was just a small thing, a young muntjac doe.

Yesterday evening the Japanese girls did me a makeover, and I'm not generally one for wearing much, and I don't think I've ever worn so much in my life! Keiko pretty much managed to get my eyelashes to touch my eyebrow, and I still don't know how they did it. I also let them try on my ball gowns, which I bought for £85 each, when they were originally £300. They are absolutely gorgeous dresses. Ones a proper Cinderella style in a deep dusky purple and cream, and the other's red, and I feel like Satine from Moulin Rouge in it!

Hmm, now a lot else has happened, but I'm not sure how really to order, nor tell it, and some I'm not sure I want to... Well I shall see in days to come, whether I can tell it all...

I've gotta go now though, play host and study psychology.
