"Every family, friend, couple fight. But we can make it through this." I said. "Even though you hated me at first." He said. "You're never gonna let that go are you?" I asked. He shook his head.

60. Chapter Fifty Nine

Ashley's POV

"I gave her a new phone. And mine and Ashton's number are already in there. I swear, you lay a finger on my baby, I will personally chop your balls off." I said. Tyler nodded. "Thank you Ashley." He said. "I was against this. I still am. But jackie should know who her father is." I replied. He nodded.

"Peace and quiet." Ashton smirked. "Slow your role there drummer boy. Your mom is still here. As well as Nicole, and Bryant." I said. "My mum?" He asked. I nodded. "I thought she left." He said. I shook my head. "She's still fucking here." I sighed.

"Mum, I thought you left." Ashton said. "I've been here. Watching my grandson while his mother couldn't." She replied, shooting me a glare. "And Nicole finally fell asleep in my arms. Something her mother wouldn't do, since she isn't around." She said. "Excuse me." I whispered, walking up the stairs.

I walked into my bathroom, and looked into the mirror. "What did I do wrong." I whispered. I took a deep breath. I opened the cabinet under the sink, and took out my pink box. I searched to the bottom, and pulled out my blades.

"Old friend." I sighed, slicing my wrist. One. Two. Three. Four. Five. I put the blade away, and covered my wrist with a towel. Then, I took my bracelets out.

I walked downstairs, perfectly fine. "My mum is making dinner." Ashton said. "Okay." I replied. "Um, I might... Or, I'm going over Calum's. So Bry can see Ashley." I said. He nodded. "Always going away." I heard Ashton's mom say. I took a deep breath.

"Hey Ash. Kyla's not here." Calum said. "I know. I need you." I said. He nodded and opened the door more. I put Bryant down, and he laid on the rug.

"What's wrong?" Calum asked. "Ashton's mom is still living with us." I sighed. "Okay?" He questioned. I looked down at my hands. "Ashley." He said. "Oh god. Ashley! Why!" He exclaimed, standing up. "You don't understand. No one understands." I cried, getting up. I picked up Bryant, and walked out the door.

"Babe? You okay?" Ashton asked. I nodded, and took a deep breath. "Can... Can... Nevermind." I sighed, walking over to the highchair. I sat Bryant in one, and sighed. "Welcome to the Irwin household." Ashton's mom said. I took a deep breath.

"So, anyone have any life plans?" Ashton's mom asked. "Nope." Ashton replied. "Ashley?" She asked. I shook my head. "Shocking." She mumbled.

"I'm sorry. I'm trying to be together. I really am. But I just can't." I said, getting up. "Mamma." Nicole whispered. I picked her up, and walked out of the kitchen.

"Sit in here baby." I said. She nodded, and sat on the bed. I sighed, and walked into the bathroom again. I took out the pink box.

"Mamma." Nicole said, walking in. I hid the box, and smiled. "Dada." She said. I looked around, not seeing him. "You want daddy?" I asked. She nodded. I picked her up, and carried her down the stairs.

"Here. She wants you." I said, not making eye contact. "Babe, what's wrong?" Ashton asked. "Nothing. Just... Lots of... Madness." I replied. He nodded, and pressed his lips together in a tight line.

"You barely touched your food. Want to eat?" He asked. I shook my head. "Not hungry." I replied. "Not hungry? You're always hungry. I mean, look at you. If I didn't know you, I would think you have some eating disorder to make you eat." Ashton's mom said. I turned around and walked away.

Four hours. Forty cuts. Ten a hour. No one knows. Except Calum. I'm currently sitting in the bathroom, watching my wrists bleed. The puddle of blood on the floor, is making me wheezy.

"Ash." Someone said, knocking on the door. "Mhm." "You okay in there?" Ashton asked. "Mhm." "You sure?" He asked. "Mhm." "What're you doing in there?" He asked. "N-nothing."

"Anne." I sighed. "Ashley, this isn't the way to handle things." She sighed. "I know. How am I supposed to handle it." I said. "Um, maybe talk to Ashton." She said. "You don't think I tried that?" I asked. She shrugged.

"Let me see them." She said. "You don't want to." I replied. "Let me see them." She repeated. I sighed, and showed her. "Oh lord! Ashley!" She yelled. "Shh." I hushed.

"Ashley." "Mhm." "What's going on?" "What do you mean?" "Why are you running away?" "Im not." "Yes you are. Is it my mum?" I didn't answer. "It is." He sighed.

"Listen, if you feel the need to... Start again. Please tell me." He said. I smiled weakly at him. "I will." I replied. He nodded, and kissed my head.

Ashton's POV

"Hey Ash." Calum said, walking into the living room. I looked up at him. "Um, has Ashley seemed.... Weird?" He asked. I nodded. "Do you know?" He asked. "Know what?" I asked. "She didn't tell you." He said. I shook my head.

"Ashton, she started again." He said. My jaw dropped. "She said it was because of your mum." He said. I was speechless.

"You started again." I said bluntly. "I know it seems bad." She said. "Show me." I said. "You don't-" "show me!" I yelled. She flinched, and rolled her sleeves up.

"Oh my god. Ashley. This isn't healthy." I said, staring at her wrists. "There's... More." She whispered. She got up, and took her shirt and pants off.

"Holy shit. Baby. W-why didn't you tell me?" I asked. "It's your mom, Ashton. I know how you feel about that." She said. "But baby. If she sees this-" "she will be in my case even more." She cut in. I shook my head.

Ashley's POV

"Ash... Cover that body up!" Ashton's mom yelled. I turned around, and grabbed a robe. Just as I though. Ashton said nothing. "I don't want to see that disgusting body." She said. I gulped, and started to walk to the bathroom.

A hand grabbed my arm. "Don't even." Ashton said. I took a deep breath. "But... I need to." I sighed. He shook his head. "Nope." He said.

"Mum, you need to stop with the bullying." He said. "Bullying? Saying the truth isn't bullying." His mom replied. "The truth hurts though mum. But the truth you think... Isn't true." He said.

"Oh no. The truth is very true. And it does hurt." She said, eyeing me down. "Can I go now?" I whispered. He shook his head. "Mum, the truth hurts ashley. A lot more than others." He said.

"You're marrying a suicidal?" She asked. My jaw dropped, and I broke out of Ashton's grasp. "I'm done!" I yelled. "I would rather die, than be bullied by you!" I yelled. "Ashley. Don't do it." Ashton said. "And who's gonna stop me." I cried. "Me." Someone said.

"What the fuck?" Ashton asked.
