"Don't wanna disappoint the crowd, do we?" he asks as he leans in.

The school year started at Sydney Arts; new school, new start. Old new boy.

"Come on, how bad can a good girl get?"

3. /iii/

A week had passed since the kiss cam, I hadn't seen Luke around, I guessed he was from out of town or something.

My dad didn't talk to me much, I suppose he got annoyed with the whole kiss cam incident. It must have annoyed him more than I thought.

Jumping onto my bed, my booklist for the school year had arrived, I finally had something to do not that is was much; but it was something.

"I'm gonna go and get my books mum, see you later," I mumbled walking out the door.

The weather was pretty dull today, it had clouded over and looked as though it would rain.

"Yeah, sure. Don't be long, rain's coming this way," My mum replied, closing the door behind me.

"Whatever..." I trailed off sighing.

Walking to the bookstore was a pretty boring walk, I couldn't help but feel as though I would see Luke again, something about him was so intriguing and made me desperate to know more about him.

It started to drizzle, and I was done for. I ran for shelter, bumping into someone on the way.

"I'm so sorry, I should've watched where I was going," I muttered under my breath.

"Same here, sorry about that." A voice replied, I looked up to see the voice belonged to a purple-headed boy.

He seemed as punk-rock as Luke, who I still couldn't get out my head.

I weakly smiled with a nod before going back to walking, I was almost certain that this boy was following me.

"Hey, wait up!" An arm pulled on my wrist.

I turned to see it was the boy, I paused for a moment not caring about the rain drenching my clothes and my hair, making it stick to my face. I was almost certain that my make-up had ran down my face, making it look as though I'd cried.

"Yeah, what's up? I like have to go to the bookstore and it's raining and I'll catch a cold.." I started off with a strong voice but ended up whimpering, causing him to laugh.

"Do you like, want my jacket before you freeze?" He laughed.

I nodded, he took is jacket off to reveal he was in a sleeveless t-shirt, I noticed his biceps almost instantly, god he worked out...

"Thanks, I'm Renée by the way," I pointed out the bookstore as we walked.

"Nice name, don't get fucked too much, pretty names lead to reputations and stuff like that, name's Michael" He stifled a laugh.

I groaned, I wasn't a player of any sort, I was a virgin, still.

18 and virgin, that was depressing.

"I don't fuck, actually," I replied stubbornly.

I was almost certain he didn't believe from his current facial expression. His hands covered his mouth to stop himself from laughing, but he ended up bent over letting out hyena yelps whilst looking like a dying seal.

I did find it quite amusing.

"You are kidding right? You've got to be kidding me!" He shrieked, making my eardrums pop as we approached the bookstore; finally.

"Not at all, I'm not one to 'kid' with Michael," I replied seriously, entering the bookstore.

"Wow, you're such a babe and still virgin? Damn.." Had he read my mind? I hadn't told him that.

No wait, I had, indirectly. Well done.

Without answering, I got my books and headed to the exit hoping to ditch Michael. But it wasn't happening, he followed me out of there, it was still raining; so I hid the books in Michael's soaking wet jacket that covered me.

"You aren't going to leave me alone, are you?" I sighed looking at him.

His top had turned see-through to reveal a his muscles beneath. His abs were very well toned, I had to say.

"You've got my jacket, I can't really," He mumbled.

I took off his jacket and handed it back to him.

"Here, see you around," He nodded. "Bye Michael" I smiled.

"Bye Renée," He smiled heading off in the opposite direction his purple hair soaking wet.

I got home, drenched and cold.

Whipping off my wet clothes, I put the to wash and headed to the bath.

It wasn't until the evening I realised, my phone wasn't in my room and that I had a terrible cold.

"Well life's just perfect," I moaned to myself grabbing my old blackberry.

/whatsapp message from: iPhone/ hey, i think you forgot your phone, it's Michael btw.

He had my phone, I needed my phone.

I didn't want to see him again.
