Murderers *Jai Brooks*

A normal girl, who goes to church.
Normal guys, who are wanted criminals.

Will this 'relationship' build them up, or tear them down?

5 crazy boys kidnap poor old Riley when they crash her brother's christmas performance at the church. After a roller-coaster of events take place, she no longer sees them as her kidnapper or murderers. Instead she thinks of them as friends... Or maybe even more.

12. You again?

"What the hell man! Do you not understand the concept of kidnapping someone!? Well, you have it all wrong mister! If would have done this all professionally, then I would be laying in a bed of fluffy covers and silk pillows! But no! I'm stuck here with you taped up, talking to this scary man who's mask is covering his probably hideous face!"

I didn't even realize that half way through my rant that masked man took off his mask and now I was left staring at...

 "Croaks?" I asked in disbelief.
I honestly thought it would be someone else... I didn't even recognize his voice, which was the most obvious thing about him!

"No... My name is Gabe..." He looked at me like I was and elephant/giraffe hybrid or something.

"What do you want with me?" I ask raising my eyebrows, secretly just hoping he doesn't want to rape me... Cause that would be incredibly awkward.

"Well, I was just hoping to repay you for what you did to me..." He stated with an evil smirk on his lips. Sorry, but that just doesn't suit him.

"What?!" I heard him ask. Then I realize I must have said that out loud...
"Sorry, but it's true. Mummy told me never to lie." I tell him in my babiest voice.
"Didn't she also tell you that if you don't something nice to say, don't say it at all." He asked.
"Yeah, well I don't always do what my mummy says." I carry on with whatever this conversation is leading. Hopefully he will either find me too annoying, or too adorkable. Either way, it's the only thing I can do right now.

"John, send her out to the car that I have sent to pick her up." He orders before ending the call.

"Well, he's rude." I comment to the boss trying to get him to like me and not like him so I can just be sent home to carry on my normal boring life, which I am perfectly fine with by the way. I'd choose that over this any day.

Boss man stands up and walks over to the door and shouts for someone to take me away and explains to them whats happening before walking off.
I realize it was Shawn he was talking to stand up.
He walks over and takes my arm in his gentle and leads me to 'my room'.

"You aren't going to let him do this to me are you?" I try pleading one last time letting one real tear roll down my cheek.

Shawn sighs and gives me a sorrowful look before grabbing my stuff and leading me out.
I had no idea where we were going but somehow found us in the empty kitchen.

"Okay, this is your one chance to get away, you go out this door, into the forest, and keep running straight until you get to a road. That is the road we picked you up from near the Janoskians gang is. They will protect you." He rushes, ushering me out the door.
"Wait? Who are the Janoskians gang?" I ask confused.
"They're the guys you were running from." He informs for opening the door and softly pushing me through.
"Run." He whispers and shuts the door.
I turn and immediately run for the forest he told me about and kept running. He never told me how long it would be, but I trust him enough to believe what he's saying is true.

After running for about 30 minutes, I decide to take a break and slide down into a sitting position against a tree. I think about my family and how they must be coping without their daily dose of Riley.

I smile and remember when I would tease my brother when he liked a girl at school or help my mum bake for a community cake sale. Or even just hanging around with my friends. Those were the good old days... Now I've only been through a few days with this lifestyle and I feel like I'm aging 3 times as fast. I'm probably going to get my wrinkles when I'm 25 at this rate.

Suddenly, I hear a bunch of cars rushing down a road. That must mean I'm close to the road near where 'the janoskians gang' is.
I get up and start running towards it and stop when I do.
And it's a good thing I did or I would have been road-kill.

I remember where I am and wait until there are no more cars, before rushing across back through the forest. I come across the meadow and know I'm getting closer.

I run again and finally see the 4 fields and the large house in the middle of them. I smile again, knowing I will be seeing them again soon...
