This is our story.

26. I really need you

~~I was walking to god knows where, and it felt like I have been on the road for days. Okay. I might be exaggerating a bit much. I have been walking for maybe 3 hours. But hey? It sucks! It isn't easy to walk with one broken leg, freezing cold pouring rain and tears streaming down your face every 5 seconds that I thought about Jack and what my parents did to me.
My phone was ringing like crazy with everyone trying to get a hold of me. But I wouldn't answer. I was way to damn angry. I stood underneath a rather large tree to prevent me from getting wet in the rain and I pulled my phone out. It showed that I had several missed calls from several different people; Aaron, Mom, Tate and Jack. I shook my head and ignored them. I went to my contacts and started to scroll down the list until I came across his name.
I took a deep breath in, then let it all out as I clicked on his name. I clicked on the green phone icon indicating I was calling him. I pressed the square phone up to my ear and waited for him to pick up.
Ring...Rin- "Channing?" The male voice said. I smiled at his voice and then spoke.
"Hey" I whispered with a slight smile on my face.
"How are you? What's going on?" He asked. I took another deep breath then let it out. I knew I was going to regret doing this, but he was my only family left. "Actually, I was hoping we could meet up somewhere..I- I really need you" I said trying to keep all of the tears in.
"Of course! Where do you want to meet?" He asked and I looked around to see where I was near. There was a coffee shop near that I could walk to. "Do you know where Alia's Coffee Shop is at?" I asked him as the water dropped from the sky, soaking me.
"Yeah! I am about 5-10 minutes away from that." He said. I giggled and nodded, even though he couldn't see me. "Perfect, I'll see you then" And with that, we hung up.
I got out from under the tree and started to walk towards to coffee shop.
I couldn't wait to see him, because he was all I had left.
