"What will Harry even say?" I asked. "Doesn't matter. I love you too much to not have you," he said. A tear slipped from my eye. "I will never leave you," he murmured. "Do you trust me?" Fight For You Chapter 43

Brooke's Pov:

"Hurry!" Louis exclaimed and laughed. "I'm trying," I said and laughed along. We quickly ran down the sidewalk by the apartment building. We were in a hurry to get home in time. It felt so thrilling to be sneaking around. It was so deceiving and manipulative. . . yet I love it! "How much longer until they get back?" I asked. "Ten minutes," he said. "Hurry then!" I exclaimed as he chuckled. We ran through the automatic doors and to the lift. We pressed the up button and the doors opened. We ran in and pressed the top floor, in a hurry. The doors closed and I felt the lift move.

I let out a sigh of relief. Louis wrapped an arm around my shoulder. "I had an amazing time tonight," he said, he smiled and he kissed my cheek playfully. I giggled and playfully pushed him away. "I did too. Thank you for everything and for tonight," I said. "You're welcome. It's the least I could do for my girl," he said and winked as he wrapped his arm around me. I blushed and buried my head in the crook of his neck. He laughed out loud as he pulled me closer.

The lift dinged and the doors opened. We walked out and made our way to the stairs. "We have exactly eight minutes to change, put in a movie, and make popcorn also to eat like half of it. Now let's go," he said.We both hurried upstairs and to our own rooms to change. I closed the door behind me and walked to my closet. I grabbed a tank top and some shorts from my dresser drawers.

I unzipped my dress and let that fall on the floor. I pulled on my shorts. Then, I pulled over a black Nike sports bra then my tank top and slipped on a pair of ugg slippers. I brushed out my hair and put it in a loose pony tail. I kept my necklace on but took off my bracelet, I set it on my bed. In a hurry, I walked out of my room and jogged downstairs to see Louis in a pair of grey sweats and a grey shirt.

He put in the movie and looked up at me. He grinned and said, "We are watching Identity Thief." "Perfect I'll make the popcorn," I said. I quickly walked to the kitchen and grabbed two bags of popcorn from the cabinet. I opened them and placed one in the microwave. I pressed the popcorn button and it started to cook. "One or two bags Louis?" I hollered to him. "Two!" he yelled. It was exactly what I thought he would say. The microwave beeped after a minute had passed and I quickly took that out before I put in the other bag.

I grabbed a popcorn bowl and placed it on the counter. I opened the bag and poured out the popcorn into the bowl. "Hurry! Harry says he is waiting for the lift!" Louis screamed in panic. "I'm trying! The popcorn is taking forever!" I screamed back. The microwaved beeped and I quickly opened it. I opened the bag (even though it was still hot) and dumped it into the bowl. I threw the trash away and picked up the bowl. I ran to the living room (making sure the lights are all off) as I ate while I ran before I sat down on the couch next to Louis.

He grinned at me before we grabbed a handful of popcorn and put it in our mouths. Louis pressed play on the movie and fast forward to the middle. As if on cue, the lift doors opened and in walked the loud and crazy boys. Louis and I mischievously smiled at each other before looking at the boys. Harry was laughing from something the boys had said before looking at Louis and me. "So. . .what have two been up to?" Harry asked as he calmed down and smiled. Louis and I looked at each other then at Harry. We smiled at him with innocent.

"Brooke," I heard that familiar voice wake me up. My body was shaken causing me to groan in annoyance. Louis was whispering in my ear to wake me up. "Brooke. . . babe," he softly whispered. He lightly shook me as I opened my eyes. Our eyes had locked with each other. A smile was placed on his face as he looked back. "Morning," he whispered. "Morning," I gave him a lazy smile. He pressed his lips onto mine for a quick second before pulling back.

I pout out my bottom lip as he chuckled. "Go get dress. I'm taking you somewhere," he said, he winked before he stood up from his crouching position and walked out. I smiled to myself as I lain there for a bit, just thinking about Louis. I am very lucky to have a guy like him. He was a charmer who can be cheeky yet very romantic. There is something about him that is so intriguing.

I tossed the blankets off of me as I sat up. I kicked my legs off the bed and placed them on the ground, I wiggled my toes before standing up and walking to the bathroom. I turned on the shower to heat it up. I placed a towel out for me and I made sure to lock the doors. I undressed myself and walked in the shower.

The hot water hitting me felt relaxing. I closed my eyes and began to hum a random song as I rinsed my hair before washing it with my scented shampoo. My shower went by quick since I didn't have to shave and soon, I reached over and shut off the water by twisting the handle to the left. I pulled back the shower curtain and stepped on the fuzzy rug. I wrung out my hair then wrapped a towel around my body. I stood in front of the mirror as I brushed out my hair. I was going to let my hair air dry today so I could wear my natural hair.

My feet wandered back into my room and I made sure to lock all doors to get ready. I grabbed a pair of matching bra and panties before I walked over to my closet and pulled out a white, lace bow top along with a pair of light pink high waisted shorts. I tossed my hair over and placed it in a wet bun. I pulled over my top making it go above my belly button and slipped on the pink high waisted shorts making it meet my top. Today, I wore no make up like usual. I walked to my closet and found a pair of pink bootie heels, I leaned against the wall and slipped each shoe on.

I took my hair out and shook it with my hands, letting it air dry more quickly. With a clip of my bracelet and necklace, I was finally leaving my room but not without a spray of perfume on me and with my white bag and phone. I walked out of my bedroom door and down the long hallway. I carefully walked down the stairs because of my shoes. The delicious smell of waffles filled my nose as I walked into the kitchen where Louis sat.

He smiled at me and quickly stood up. He walked over to me and wrapped an arm around my shoulder. "You look beautiful," he whispered in my ear. I blushed and gave him a small nod. He guided me to the table and pulled out the chair for me. I sat down and he pushed me in. "Thank you," I said. "You're welcome my darling," he said, smiling. He walked around to the other side and sat down next to me.

"It will be us two for the next three hours," he said. "That sounds like fun," I said. "I have a few things in mind," he said. "Like what?" I asked, interested in what to know we will do. "You will find out." He smirked, knowing it got me mad when he doesn't tell me. I groaned and rolled my eyes. "That'll do then," I said. "Trust me you will like it," he said. "I'm sure I will Louis," I said and giggled as I took a bite of my waffles.

We finished up eating and we were making our way to the lift until the doors opened revealing Harry who was smiling wide at us. His smile soon turned into confusion. "Where are you two going?" he asked with confusion until realization hit him. "Are you two going out in public?" he asked. His eyebrows furrowed together in irritation. "We were going to look for you," I said, sounding surprise with myself for lying to my brother. His hard gaze on Louis soften as he look at me. "Why?" he asked, clearly shocked.

"We wanted to know if you wanted to go to the movies with us," Louis played along with my lie. Wow, I'm such a bad person. . . "The movies?" Harry asked. "Yeah, we were going to go see that new superhero move," I said, I named a movie that I remember always seeing the trailers on T.V. "Yeah that one," Louis said. "But I think you don't want to go see-" "I love sue others movies!" Harry exclaimed, he interrupted Louis. "You do?" Louis and I both asked, clearly surprise and a bit disappointed since we wouldn't be hanging out alone together.

"Yes. I'm into comics just like Zayn and Liam," he said. The room fell silent. "So, are we going?" Harry asked through the silence with excitement. Louis and I both hesitantly nodded. "Great. Let's go," Harry said, he smiled as he wrapped an arm around our shoulders.

"Great. . ." Louis and I both said with fake enthusiasm.

"I can't believe our day is ruined," Louis whispered in frustration from behind me as the three of us tried walking past people in the rows. Harry was in the front of us as he led the way. "Tonight will be us. I promise," I whispered back. A smile formed across his lips as he leaned in but quickly stopped realizing Harry could catch us any minute. "No kissing," I whispered. He pouted as I giggled and sat down next to Harry. I sat in between the two boys. Harry handed me the large popcorn to hold on my lap. I placed my slushie in the cup holders on the chair.

Harry had a large coke and Louis had a large vanilla shake. I had a mixture of a blue and a red slushie. For candy I had sour patch kids. Harry had his favorite candy, a twix bar, and Louis had gummy bears and Reese's pieces. He opened his pack of gummy bear and ate some. He held some out for me and asked, "Do you want some?" I smiled and nodded. I took a few gummy bears and ate them. Harry sat on the other side of me as he looked so interested in the previews. He reached over (not taking his eyes off the screen) and took some popcorn. He shoved his mouth full of popcorn as he watched the trailers. The lights were already dimmed as we walked in.

"You know if we sneak in a kiss or two I doubt Harry would notice," Louis whispered. I blushed and looked over at Louis to see he winked at me. "Trust me, I'm sure he will notice," I whispered. "I didn't even plan on going to the movies as a day with you. I had something else in mind," he frowned. "Frowns don't look good on you. I promise we will spend some time together tonight," I whispered. "Promise?" he asked. I nodded.

A grinned stretched across his lips as leaned in, puckering out his lips. "No lover boy. My brother is next to me," I giggled as I playfully pushed his face away. He chuckled and gave my cheek a quick kiss before looking at the screen to see the trailer of Wolf on Wall Street was beginning to play. He was such a little sneak. I blushed and made sure Harry didn't see but to my luck, Harry was too busy drooling over the girls in the trailer to even notice. I giggled as the theater lights completely went out and the movie began to play. I sneakily entwined mine and Louis' hands.

Louis sent me a wink before putting his full attention on the movie.
