Fight For You | Louis Tomlinson

Louis just got out of a relationship and planned on focusing on his career, no love or girl friends. Well things never work out the way you plan. That's when he met Brooke. Louis fell for Brooke and same thing goes for Brooke. Her step-parents abandoned and kicked her out so she has no where to go. Louis helps her out and keeps her a secret from the lads except Brooke was found on accident. Everything goes great when Brooke and Louis have a love connection and she moves in with the lads. There is just one problem. The lads find out Brooke is Harry's long lost sister.
"I promise I will keep you safe and protect you," he said. "I don't know Louis. I'm scared of what will happen," I said. "Brooke, I promise you I will always be here for you no matter what," he said. "What will Harry even say?" I asked. "Doesn't matter. I love you too much to not have you," he said. A tear slipped from my eye. "I will never leave you," he murmured. "Do you trust me?" "I trust you."

Fight For You Chapter 34

Brooke's Pov:

"I still can't believe I met Ed Sheeran. He even liked my outfit," I gushed as we walked in the apartment. "We know Brooke. You've been saying the same thing the whole car ride," Harry complained. "I'm sorry my idol likes my outfit," I giggled. "Wouldn't you like it if Megan Fox liked your outfit or something?" "First of all: I don't like her. She is fake from the plastic surgery. Second of all: she isn't my type," Harry explained. "Whatever. Ed Sheeran liked my outfit and that's all that matters." Louis bumped shoulders with me and laughed. "I like your outfit Brooke," he complimented. My cheeks turned a light shade of pink. "You do?" I asked with a smile. His eyes widen at what he said. "Yes. The lads and I do," he nervously said.

My smile faltered a little. "Oh," I murmured. Harry looked at me in curiosity as he raised an eyebrow. I lightly smiled at him and shook my head to assure him. "Well, I am thirsty from all that screaming," I awkwardly said. "That's what she said," Niall said and wiggled his eyebrows at Louis then, winked. Louis' cheeks turned bright red and he looked away. I looked at him in confusion and Harry's eyes widen as he smacked the back of Niall's head. "Ow," Niall muttered and rubbed his head. "Don't," Harry warned. Niall put his hands up in surrender, Zayn and Liam were silently laughing, Harry was scolding Niall, and Louis' cheeks were bright red from embarrassment.

I stood here wondering what was going on before I awkwardly walked away to the kitchen. I opened the fridge door and pulled out a water bottle before I walked out of the kitchen and to the boys. "I think I'm going to bed now. I'm tried from the concert," I said. "Good night Brookesters," everybody said. I waved at them and jogged up the stairs. I quickly walked to my room and closed the door behind me before I walked to my closet and pulled out pajamas for the night. The water bottle was set next to my bed on the bedside table.

I changed into my pajama- my Mickey Mouse shorts and a black sweater with my new slippers. I threw my hair in a messy bun and dimmed my bedroom light before walking over to my bed. Instead of going to sleep, I stood up on my bed and pushed open my window. I jumped up on the window sill and stepped out on the metal platform below me. I pulled my self out out the window and out in the cold London air. I took a seat on the metal platform with my feet dangling of the edge before letting out a sigh as I looked out at the beautiful scenery. My head rested against the cold metal railing that I sat underneath. From the view from up here, you could see the Big Ben Tower and the London eye as well as the little cars driving down the rode into the city. I smiled as I remember Harry taking me to the London eye. That was really a fun time.

It is so peaceful up here, I can stay up here all night if I wanted to. The wind was blowing through my soft hair as it made a soft rustling, whooshing sound. The cold air was making me shiver slightly. My cheeks and nose turned pink from the cold air nipping my face. I brought my knees up to my chin and I closed my eyes to listen to the soft sound of the city.

There was a presence of someone sitting next to me which caused me to grow annoyed as I knew who it was. "Nothing is wrong Harry," I said, letting out a sigh and opening my eyes. "It's just me," Louis chuckled. I looked up at him to see he was sitting with his legs cris-crossed and his hands in his lap. He was wearing navy blue basketball shorts and a white loose tank top. His tattoos peaked through at the neck of the shirt and on his arms.

"You have tattoos?!" I gasp in surprise. He started laughing as he said, "I always had them." "Wow I've never noticed them. I was oblivious, I guess. I thought Harry and Zayn only had them," I confessed. "No," he said, "the four of us, besides Niall, have them. Liam only has a few." He shrugged his shoulders. "Wow," I said in amazement. I scooted over to him and sat on his lap then, placed his arm on my lap as he watched my every movement. I traced the bird tattoo that was placed on his forearm. He watched carefully as I traced his tattoos. I flipped his arm over and traced the tattoos on the inside of his arms, too. I traced his oops tattoo, his stick figure tattoo, his compass, his quotation mark tattoos, and his rope tattoo. They were all very interesting. It intrigued me.

"How many do you have?" I asked as I looked up in his twinkling blue eyes. "I lost count," he admit. "You have a lot," I said. He chuckled behind me. "Do you have any other ones?" I asked. "I have a chest tattoo," he said. I looked over at him and said, "I see." He nodded and lifted up his shirt for me to see. "It is what it is," I read. "And the number seventy," I said. I placed my hand on his chest and admired the tattoo that was inked onto his chest. His body tensed at the loving touch but relaxed and a smile fell on his lips. He watched me as my hand was on his chest. His heart thumped rapidly under my touch and I felt the familiar sparks that shot whenever we touched.

I blushed and removed my hand. He lowered his shirt back down. "I really like your tattoos," I said. He chuckled and said, "I never thought you'd be the girl to like tattoos." "Yeah I use to get that a lot," I said, chuckling along. "Do you ever want one?" he asked as he aroused with curiosity. "No," I quickly said with a shake of my head. He chuckled and those chuckles turned into fits of laughter. I threw my head back in laughter and closed my eyes from his contagious laughter.

Our laughter soon calmed down as we caught glances in each other's eyes. His eyes looked down at my lips before meeting back with my eyes. Memories flashed through my mind as I remember what happened when we played fùtbol-he was going to kiss me (I thought). I bit my lip as I stared into his deep blue eyes. We found ourselves slowly leaning in and we were so close to each other that I felt his breath hit against my lips. Before anything else could happen there was a knock on the door that stared us as we jumped apart and pulled back from each other.

"Brooke it's me," Harry's voice was heard from the other side of the door. Mine and Louis' eyes widen. Louis quickly stood up and jumped through the window. He had no time to run so he hid under the bed just as the door opened and Harry walked in.

"Hey," I softly said. He walked over and stood on the bed. I heard a soft ow from under the bed. "What was that?" Harry question. "I don't know," I said, shrugging it off. He shrugged his shoulders and came through the window before he sat down next to me and sent me a smile before speaking.

Louis' Pov:

I felt the bed dip and hit my stomach. It took my breath away and I gasp out in agony. "Ow," I moaned in pain. I quickly shut my mouth. "What was that?" Harry questioned. "I don't know," Brooke said. "So what's up?" Harry asked. "What do you mean?" Brooke asked. "You seem upset," Harry said. "I'm not," Brooke chuckled "What was that then?" Harry asked. "What was what?" Brooke asked. "Oh come on. You can tell me. It happened when Louis said he liked your outfit then said the lads and I," Harry said. I shuffled under the bed to get comfortable before I listened closely. "Oh that?" Brooke nervously laughed. "Why the sudden mood of change?" Harry asked. "I honestly don't know," Brooke confessed.

"I know you do," Harry said. "Well it's just..." Brooke began. I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion. "Just what?" Harry said. "I just thought at first he was going to say he didn't like it but then he said the lads and him which I appreciate that all of you like it." Brooke nervously chuckled through her obvious lie. I didn't know why she would be lying. I could definitely hear it through her voice. If no one could then they must not be paying attention. She is not a very good lier.

"Really?" Harry asked. "Yeah." "I thought it was something else." "What did you think it was?" Brooke curiously asked. "I thought it was because he said the lads and him. Like he changed it up from just him to everyone and it has upset you for some silly reason," Harry explained. "Oh..." Brooke mumbled, "That is crazy." "Yeah, I guess I'm over thinking things," Harry said. "No, I could never think that way over something that little," Brooke said.

I pursed my lips together in confusion as I continued to listen. "So... There is nothing going on between Louis and you?" Harry asked after a moment of laughing. "What? That's crazy! Nothing is going on between Louis and I. We are just friends and best buddies," Brooke said. Pain shot through my heart as her words echoed in my head. Just friends. I over think things just like I did a moment ago. For a second I thought we were going to kiss but like always, I'm over thinking things.

"Close friends?" Harry asked. "You can tell me anything." "Just friends," Brooke said. "You know you can tell me anything, right?" Harry asked. "Yes! Of course," Brooke hummed in response. "You can tell me anything, right? Anything you hear or over hear, right? We tell each other things," Brooke questioned. "Of course I would," Harry nervously chuckled. I knew what he was thinking about. It was quite obvious. It was how I felt about Brooke. I knew he can't or doesn't want to say anything to her.

"Good," Brooke said. "So, what are you doing out here? Isn't it not safe?" Harry asked. "I see you're being protective again," Brooke teased. "No, I'm just worried for you getting hurt," he said. "After all we are a few hundred feet off of the ground." "I am safe," Brooke assured him. "And to answer your question. I'm out here to think and clear my mind." "Think about what? If you don't mind me asking," Harry said. "You know, things about what's going on," Brooke answered.

"Is there a boy you're thinking about?" Harry teased. I stiffen and shifted uncomfortably under the bed. I do not want to hear Brooke talking about some guy that isn't me. "You could say that. A special someone," Brooke said. "I hope you know that I will beat this guy up if he hurts you," Harry joked but we all knew he was dead serious. "I know you would," Brooke said and laughed.

Just by a simple laugh, I get a strange feeling in the pit of my stomach and I know I have fallen hopelessly in love with this girl and I do not regret it.

Back to Brooke's Pov:

Harry laughed along and slung an arm around my shoulder. We calmed down and looked out at the scenery. "It's so beautiful up here," he said. "Do you remember when we went to the London eye?" Harry asked. "Yes and when we scared that poor lady," I said. "I felt bad for her but it was hilarious," he said. "Me too," I snickered. Silence fell over us as we looked around. Harry sighed next to me before saying, "Well I best be getting to bed. It's late." "Me too," I said. He stood up and lend me a hand. I accepted his kind offer and he pulled me up. We climbed through the window and back on the bed. He jumped off the soft cushion and onto the floor. "Goodnight Brooke. I will see you in the morning," he said. "Goodnight Harry. I love you," I said. He smiled before saying, "I love you too." He walked out and closed the door behind him leaving me alone in a room with Louis.

Louis jumped out from under the bed. "You two took forever out there," he said. I giggled and said, "Not really. It was a brother-sister bond we shared." "Anyways, I better be getting to bed," Louis said, letting out a yawn. "I'm tried." "Goodnight Louis," I said and rolled my eyes with a smile playing on my lips. "Goodnight Brooke," he said and winked before walking out and closing the door behind him.

I climbed into bed and fell in a peaceful sleep with a smile on my face, thinking about Louis. He is something that's for sure. He is a charmer and someone who is perfect. I am proud to say I have fallen in love with him.
