"No" I said looking down at my shoes. "Then why?" He asked. I looked up at him. My eyes started to water, and so did his.
"I thought...I knew you were going to leave me anyways" I said as a tear fell from my face onto my shirt. "Everyone always does".

50. Following

I grabbed all the dark black clothes I could find. I put on dark jeans and a dark top. I straightened my hair. It wasn't that long but long enough to cover my shoulders. Evan walked into my room.
He laughed. "You look very spy like" he laughed.
"Shut up" I laughed.
"You should be wearing black! Not white" I said. I took his hand and led him to his room. I let go of his hand and started to rummage through his clothes. I found his some dark jeans and a black shirt. He let the room to put his jeans on. He came back and I handed him his shirt. I looked on his drawer to see his three colognes. I turned to see him shirtless.

He was tan and had abs. He smiled big when he saw me looking at him.
"Stop staring! Gosh!" He laughed.
I laughed "at what?".
He laughed and put the white t-shirt on. It fit him perfectly. Kinda formed to his body.
"Where is she?" I whispered.
"She's downstairs on the phone" he replied.

"Wait here" I said. I walked halfway down the stairs. I could here her talking.

"Awe I miss you more" she said "yeah I'll see you in two hours. Love you too" she said.
That was defenitely a boyfriend. She walked out the door. I ran upstairs and grabbed Evans hand and we ran downstairs.

He grabbed his keys and we got in the car. He drove and we followed her. "She said it's  an hour long drive" I said.

"I wonder who she is hiding".
"What do you mean hiding?".
"Well it has to be someone she couldn't tell us" he said.
"I guess...well I guess it's serious because she told him she loved him".
The cars stopped. "I think it's going to take longer, considering there is some serious traffic" he said.

"Great!" I said sarcastically.
"Shush you love spending time with me" he laughed.
I laughed "yeah you are pretty fun".
"I'm so hungry!" I complained.
"Wanna pick something up?" He asked.
I shook my head "we have to follow her.
He nodded.

I opened the mirror and a picture fell. I picked it up.
"Oh you don't need to look at that" he said blushing.
It was a picture of a little boy with glasses. He wore a stripped long sleeve shirt and little beige shorts. He smiled big.

I smiled. "No way....is this you?" I asked.
Evan blushed. "You were so adorable!" I said.
"I was dorky. I was bullied....a lot" he said.
"What?! How could anyone hurt that little face" I said.

"One kid broke my glasses. He l took them off my face and stepped on them over and over" he said.
"What and ass" I said. He laughed.
"It wasn't till sophomore that girl started to really notice me" he smiled.
"You weren't a stupid player were you?!" I asked.
"Maybe" he laughed.
"You ruined it" I said as I jumped to the back seat.
"Ruined what?" He laughed.
"This!" I laughed.
"Oh so we had a this?" He smiled.
"No!" I laughed. He laughed and the car finally began to move normal speed.
I laid in the seat and saw a blanket in the trunk. "Why is there a blanket in here? Is this where you get the girls" I laughed.

He laughed hard. "Your insane!".
I wrapped myself in the cover and fell asleep.
I woke up and the car was parked. Evan was eating.

His picture was in my pocket. "Where are we?" I asked.
"Parked across the street from some hotel. Delia walked in earlier.".
I nodded and sat in the front seat with him. He handed me a burger and I took a bite.

"Do you think she's going to sleep in there?" I asked.
"Yeah" he said.
"We should get one" he said.
"Maybe we should just drive back. I think I only have enough for one" he said.
I shook my head. "Comon". We got out of the car and walked in and booked a room. We walked in the elevator.

We got into our room. There was only one bed.
"I can sleep on the floor" he said. I nodded.
He made his bed on the floor and I laid in the bed.
I couldn't sleep. "Evan".
"Evan". "Huh?" He moaned.

"Are you awake?"'I asked.
"No" he said.
"Sorry" I replied.
He sat up. "What's up?" He asked.
"I can't sleep" I said.

"I can tell" he smiled.
His smile was so warm.

"Why do you think she didn't tell me?" I asked as I got up and sat in his little bed.
"Scared to what you might think I guess" he replied.
He didn't have a shirt on.
I turned on the little lamp. So it was still pretty dark. But just light enough to see eachother.
"You would tell me if you had feelings or were dating someone right?" I asked.
He nodded unsure.
