In Love With the Enemy

Draco turned to me.
"Listen, I got to tell you something, I've loved you since I saw you." He said.
My heart melt as I looked into the eyes of a clearly misunderstood teenage boy. I knew he had been dying to tell me this, because he was super pale. I leaned in and kissed him on the lips. I backed away and grabbed his hand firmly.
"I love you."He said.
I am Kate Tucker, and I am in love with the enemy.

9. Our Fight

The next few days, Draco was nowhere to be seen. Not even Crabbe or Goyle knew what he was up to. I told myself I wasn't going to worry, that we'd been spending to much time together anyway. Was I a bit mad? Sure, you could say that. But you could rephrase that as 'temporarily confused'. I decideded to settle it. I went looking for him.

When I found him, he didn't look too happy to see me.

"What are you doing here?! He said rudely.

"Looking for you. Nobody's seen you in 3 days." I told him.

"You don't have to be so obsessive, Kate!" He snapped.

Every good relationship has a fight, and this was ours.

"What has gotten into you?!" I yelled.

"I'm done being all happy and peaceful!" Draco yelled back.

"So all this time, you were pretending?" I sobbed.

"No. I never said that. I'm saying that I have to make my own decisions. Not let you control me. Believe me, I love you to the moon and back. If I didn't have you, I would have a whole in my life. Don't leave me. Please, Kate, believe me." He begged. I was so touched at this. But he was right. I couldn't control him.

"Alright. I promise not to be so obsessive." I smirked.

"Good. Obsessive is a scary trait." He said, laughing.

"Hey!" I yelled, softly punching him in the chest.

"Well, I'm gonna go. See you later, Malfoy." I said.

"See you later, Tucker." He said, walking away. I ran over to a tree near the black lake, climbed up and sat in a large branch. I pulled out my copy of A Hogwarts History and started reading. After reading awhile, I dozed off. Not paying attention, I rolled over in my sleep. I fell off right onto my leg. The pain got worse by the second, and no one was around. I couldn't move, an my throat was dry and scratchy. I started to crawl over to the castle, and a group of Ravenclaws brought me to the hospital wing.
