Falling For You

Matt Healy, your typical guy. The type that likes to impress people, he'd do anything to get attention.

No matter how important the next few years ahead were, he didn't care. All he cared about was writing.

By writing, I don't mean the author type. I mean the singer, songwriter. He'd always had a thing for writing songs.

Obviously, he was one of the popular guys in the university he was now attending.

He'd taken a variety of subjects and courses for the few years he'd be spending in this place, one of the main ones being music.

At first, he thought the whole idea of attending a university was ridiculous, he didn't think that he'd get anything out of it.

It all begins to change when the year starts and he meets new people. He makes new friends, and enemies, but there's a certain person that catches his eye.

4. chapter four

Tegan's POV;

"How is it then darling?" My mother asked as I held my phone up to my ear.

"I think daddy was right, I should have gone to London." I whispered, knowing that although he just wanted to make me happy by agreeing for me to come here, I should have attended Oxford University.

"Why, what's wrong?" She panicked.

"Everyone here are so full of themselves. They think they're amazing and I just hate it here." I told her.

"Well your father said he'll try and transfer you to oxford if you'd like him to." My mother told me.

"I'll see how it goes and if I need to go, I will. I can't even deal with my room mate either, she is so awful. She leaves all her clothes on the floor and makes the room look a mess!" I continued.

"I'll get in contact and ask if you can swap if you'd like darling." She said.

"Like I said, I'll see how it goes first. If she doesn't sort herself out, I'll go and ask myself. I really have to go, I have so much work." I sighed.

I could picture her sat on the chair in the kitchen now, nodding her head as I said that.

"Okay angel. I'll speak to you soon, goodbye." She ended the call.

I picked up the book that was lay on the desk at the side of my bed, placing it on my knee and flicking through it.

Matt's POV;

I continued walking through the corridors of this place, looking at each number on the door as I did.

I'd previously spoken to Tegan's room mate, Callan, managing to find out where their room was.

My excuse was that I had work to give to Tegan for music, she stupidly fell for it, but if I'm honest, she's so gullible.

I'd finally reached the room I was searching for as I stood outside for a couple of seconds, staring at the door, not making any movement.

I tapped my hand on the door, waiting for her to answer. It was a quick response and she stood there, rolling her eyes at me.

"What do you want?" She questioned.

"Nice to see you too." I smirked.
