Falling For You

Matt Healy, your typical guy. The type that likes to impress people, he'd do anything to get attention.

No matter how important the next few years ahead were, he didn't care. All he cared about was writing.

By writing, I don't mean the author type. I mean the singer, songwriter. He'd always had a thing for writing songs.

Obviously, he was one of the popular guys in the university he was now attending.

He'd taken a variety of subjects and courses for the few years he'd be spending in this place, one of the main ones being music.

At first, he thought the whole idea of attending a university was ridiculous, he didn't think that he'd get anything out of it.

It all begins to change when the year starts and he meets new people. He makes new friends, and enemies, but there's a certain person that catches his eye.

15. chapter fifteen

Tegan's POV;

"Am I the only one that thinks there's something wrong with him?" I questioned, turning my head to Matt.

"Babe, he's not normal. Just walk away if he ever goes up to you." He smiled, standing up, holding his hand out to me.

I took it, walking out of the room. We walked hand in hand as Matt walked me to Drama.

We walked in silence, but it wasn't awkward, it was nice. We'd received a few looks on the way, obviously because our hands were linked and let's be honest, why would Matt be walking with someone like me?

"Right, I'll see you later then yeah?" Matt spoke, whilst we stood outside the drama room.

I nodded my head, going to walk inside when his hand pulled at my arm, turning me to face him.

His arms wrapped tightly around my waist, as I moved mine to his neck. We stayed like that for a few seconds.

He planted a kiss on the top of my head, pulling away and saying goodbye as I walked into the room that I'd spend an hour in.

The first person I saw when I walked inside was Styles. He stood in the corner of the room, staring straight at me.

I thought I'd be a good idea to pluck up the courage and just walk over to him and ask him what his problem was, and that's exactly what I was going to do.

I found my feet moving themselves towards him, quicker than I'd usually walk.

"What the hell is your problem with me, and Matt in fact?" I questioned, trying to stay as calm as possible.

"You need to stop being around him, Tegan." He told me.

Who was he to tell me what to do. What reasons does he have for that? He doesn't even know Matt, then again, neither do I, but I don't care. He can't tell me who I should be around.

"Why, why is it so important to you for me to stay away from him?" I asked.

"He's bad for you, Tegan. He'll hurt you, he'll lie, he'll leave." He told me.

"You don't know that, you don't know him. You don't know how he is with me, how we are." I shook my head.

"Just listen to me." He smiled.

Before I could even consider replying, he'd walked away, I'd expected him to just walk over to someone else but instead, he walked straight of the room, with no explanation as to why.
