Bad Boy

My eyes are closed but the barrel of the gun is nested on the back of my head. My heart is racing, pouncing against my chest. It was beating so loudly I was surprised he couldn't hear it. I hadn't even got to lay my eyes on him, the man that would consume my fait. He has my life in his hands, and he loved every second of it. He wanted me scared, but I was not going to cower, I couldn't let him have that satisfaction. My eyes stayed close, but I knew I had to force them open. If I was going to die, he would have to look into my eyes as I did. He had to feel the pain that I would. I turned around, and opened my eyes. My voice had left, and there he was starring right back at me.

20. My Big Day

I stood there, my mother behind me trying to do some finishing touched to the white flawless dress I was wearing.

My hair was done up, and there wasn't a single hair out of place. I was to look my best, it was my big day, and it was going to be aired on the news. The whole world wanted to know how this was going to go. They all saw me as this innocent kidnap victim, or hostage. Even though horrible things happened to me there, I felt like it was more of a blessing.

Without that ever happening I wouldn't of met Niall. At this point I was wishing that I hadn't. Being here without him was killing me.. and he was never coming back. The boys wouldn't let him come back. It was to much of a risk for them.

I didn't blame them, and I didn't want to hurt Niall, or take Louis away from his family. I could feel the warm tears starting to soak into my skin.

"Honey it is going to be okay! You look beautiful, and he loves you so much" My mother said. She was still messing around with the back of my dress.

Then I heard a click, it sounded so familiar, it was the suddle click of a gun. Then I heard a loud thunk, followed by something hitting the ground. I tried to see in the mirror, but I couldn't I would have no choice but to turn around.

My mother was laying on the ground, she was still breathing, but she was unconscious. Then there was a man standing towards me. Looking at me, his eyes searching all over my body, up and down. I wanted to run, or scream, but something in my body told me it was going to be alright.

He took a step over my mother, and then grabbed my arm firmly. It hurt, but it was also reassuring. He was just looking at me, I could tell even thought he was wearing sunglasses.

I couldn't help but try, and stare through the glasses. His touch was so familiar, it made me tingle, but I couldn't tell why.

I was so scared, but I started to reach for his glasses. I did it slowly, and each time I got closer I felt more safe. I placed my fingers on the right side of his head, and then slowly pulled them off.

I never took my sight, away from his gaze. I couldn't it felt like someone was holding my head there. Before I could take the glasses off, he grabbed my hand, just hard enough to hold it in place.

He used his other hand to rip off his mask. "Niall?" I said. I was starting to get all worked up. I felt sick, and happy all at the same time.

"Niall you can't be here, Brock is-" I said. But he cut me off, by kissing me. He pressed his soft lips up against mine without any warning. It felt like there were fireworks going off all over my body. I couldn't stand still. I wrapped my arms around him tightly, and leaned into the kiss even more.

He pulled away, and leaned his for head against mine so gently. He was breathing so heavily, and I could feel him shaking.

"What are you doing here?!" I asked.

"I couldn't let you marry him. I can't live my life knowing that I gave up fighting for you so easily" He said.

I gave him a quick peck on the lips.

"Brock is here now, if he even sees you" I said.

He just nodded. "Come with me.." He whispered. He made his lips barely touch mine, and it drove me crazy. I wanted to lean in for a kiss, but we are wasting time.

"Niall, if I am going to leave with you we have to go now" I said pushing him away from me. He nodded again, and put the mask back on.

I had no idea, on how he was planning to get me out of here there was over 400 people here today. All of them waiting to see me, and Brock. I would definitely be the person of interest here today.

"Louis cleared a way for us to leave" He said.

I nodded, I didn't want to waste anymore time, we needed to leave now. He lead the way, and I did my best to try, and cover my face.

That feeling I have had since the day I left Niall was gone, I wouldn't have to worry about that anymore. I was never going to leave him again, and I didn't care what the costs were.

I stopped him in one of the hallways we were running down. The high heels I was wearing made so much noise. I pushed him up against the wall, but just hard enough that he would.

He smiled at me, and I bit my lip. He had to lean down just a bit, I just came to the height of his shoulders, and I couldn't of reached for a kiss.

I stood on my tippy toes, and he kissed me. It wasn't like the one we had a couple minutes ago. This one felt beautiful, it felt like there was nothing else that could match up to it. His lips were so soft, and felt right when they were pressed against mine. Then he scooped me up in his arms, and carried me out to the back of the arena. There was a van waiting at the back, and I could see Louis sitting in the drivers seat.

I almost couldn't believe that we got out of there being not noticed. I climbed into the back of it, and took off the shoes. There were no seats in the back just an empty van. I ran up behind Louis seat, and gave him a hug from behind.

I could hear him give a little laugh, "I missed you to" He said, and then we started to take off.

"We have to get as far away from here as we can without being detected. They wont notice I am missing for another ten minutes." I said.

"Well we can't bring her back to Harry" Louis said.

"Harry doesn't know that you came to get me?" I asked. I was scared now, I didn't know how he would react if he saw me.

"No.." Niall said, and then hit Louis.

"You dumb ass you weren't suppose to tell her that" Niall said. He wasn't completely serious, but I knew that he didn't want me to find out.

"Where are we suppose to go then huh?" I asked.

"I didn't really think that far yet?" Louis said smirking.

"Well you better find a place soon, it is a bigger risk to be driving on the streets" I said.
