This Isn't Love

Morgan encounters a mysterious, yet breathtaking boy. Although she wants to, she can't resist him.

13. Chapter 13

"Morgan wake up." Arthi's voice wasn't something I would've liked to hear at the moment.

"Why, no leave me alone." I had fallen asleep on the couch.

"Morgan, seriously, get up." Her voice sounded urgent. "We have to go, come on." She was pulling me up.

"What's going on?" She pulled my tired body towards the door. I glanced back at the clock that was hanging on the wall, it was three in the morning. "Arthi. Where are we going at three in the morning?"

"Just get in the car, I'll explain on the way." Her voice was firm, something was wrong.

I followed her commands and buckled my seat belt. I was in no condition to go anywhere. I had sweat pants and a t shirt on, my hair thrown into a messy bun on the top of my head.

"Talk." I said in a firm tone, I wanted to know what was going on.

"Harry's been in an accident."

"What? How?" I felt my brows furrow in disbelief.

"Liam said he went back out after he got home. He was drunk, he ran a stop light."

"Oh my god." I didn't know why I cared so much, but i did. "Is he hurt?"

"Liam said it was nothing serious, but Harry was asking for you. Liam asked me to bring you to the hospital."

I was glad that he wasn't hurt, but how could he be so stupid? I didn't like being around people like that, and if he hadn't have been hurt I would've told Arthi to turn the car around.

She pulled into the big parking lot. The hospital was a huge building with big black windows down the whole length.

"I can't believe this." I spoke as my head shook back and forth.

"Be nice." Arthi smiled, the first I had seen on her face since we left the flat.

We walked through the parking lot, paparazzi were huddled together at the entrance of the hospital. As we walked to the door the flashes stopped, the photographers didn't care about capturing a picture of us. They had no idea we were there to see their target.

"Oh, you're here. Harry's been driving me nuts about you." Liam smiled at me. He looked exhausted. "Come on, I'll take you up to his room."

"Is he hurt?" I asked Liam the question that I had asked Arthi earlier, knowing he would tell me more than she did.

"He's got a broken arm and some bruised ribs. He's gonna be laid up for a while, but he'll be alright." He had a way of making everything seem okay. "Here we are. Room 309."

I wasn't sure if I wanted to see Harry all bruised up, but I did want to see him. I wanted to tell him that I would be there for him.
