9. The 2nd Meeting

Chapter 7

Morning, once again. It always comes no matter what. Today I felt inexplicably happy, actually that's a lie, there is an explanation, it's because of Taemin. I have to see him today. Grabbing my phone I quickly started tapping out a message.

To: Taemin

From: Emmalie

So where do you want to meet?? You have a very nice band by the way ㅋㅋㅋ

The reply was almost instantaneous.

To: Emmalie

From: Taemin

Is that a Korean character I see?? Wow you learn fast. Starbucks in an hour. And you know SHINee?? I'm impressed if slightly embarrassed (I know I'm a terrible singer and dancer, I'm sorry)

I was kinda gobsmacked by that reply. He was a great singer, and don't even get me started on the dancing, seriously that guy was amazing. Then it kinda hit me that I had an hour to get dressed and eat something before I had to go and see him. Abandoning the warmth of my bed, I went to get dressed. Chucking on a band t-shirt and some leggings, I sprinted down the stairs to make breakfast for mum. Deciding pancakes were the best, quickest and safest bet I whipped up some batter and started frying it. My mum came plodding down the stairs. "Oh, you look nice darling, going anywhere today?" She asked. It then occurred to me that mum had no idea what had been happening these past few days, so I quickly told her. "Well, have fun" she replied. I almost didn't notice the note of disapproval in her voice, but I knew it was just because she was worried about me. "Thanks mum, love ya." I said before rushing out the door. I had 10 minutes to get to Starbucks. Sprinting as fast as I could, I couldn't help thinking that super speed would be more useful then earth connecting. Panting, I arrived at Starbucks in the nick of time. I looked around for Taemin, but couldn't see him, however the beanie guy was back (yes, I have a hat obsession I know). He must REALLY love coffee. Like Taemin, actually. Suddenly I felt hands close around my eyes plunging me into darkness "Guess who" a familiar accented voice said. "Hmmm, I'm gonna guess.... Minho" I replied. "Wow, you really do learn quickly" he said, before releasing me vision. The harsh light of Starbucks hurt my poor eyes. "Yeah, I can tell you all apart now, of course I knew who you were before I watched the video, but I meant Jonghyun, Key, Onew and Minho" I said, proud of my achievement. "Am I meant to be impressed?" He replied. "Hey, I spent a good hour of my time learning your band members names. It doesn't help that they always change their hair and stuff. When are you going back to see them anyway?" I asked. "Umm... Don't kill me... But tomorrow?" He replied as if countering my question, with a question. My face fell, until an evil and impossible plan came to my mind. "Why don't I come with you?" I questioned. "You should come, I could introduce you to SHINee, although you'll have to be careful of the sasengs. They won't be pleased I'm dating." He replied. Although the thought of crazy fan girls filled me with fear. I was determined not to let Taemin know that. "Meh." I said. "You should probably go and pack, don't worry about plane tickets, I'm given a private jet" Taemin told me. Ooh fancy I thought. He bent down and gave me a kiss on the cheek. Heat rushed to my cheeks. "Aigoo, your so cute when you blush." Taemin told me, causing me to blush even more, although a smile formed on my lips. "See you tomorrow, then?" I asked. "See you then." He replied. Then as I turned to leave he called out my name. "Emmalie, Saranghae." He told me. I looked at him confused. "Ah, sorry I forgot you couldn't read Korean. It's I love you." He clarified. "I-I love you to." I stuttered before turning and leaving the coffee shop. After all I had to pack. I was going to South Korea

A/N: I know it was awful and short and I haven't updated in ages, but I've been in wales and I'm just sorry. I will try to write better things and longer things next chapter.
