He was a boy, she was a girl, can I make it anymore obvious?
He was a punk, and she did ballet, what more can I say?

7. 7. To the bar.

Melanie's P.O.V

I slowly started to walk towards the exit before I heard Harry’s voice behind me, “What? No goodbye kisses?”

“Why are you even here talking to me Harry? I obviously don’t matter to you anyway.” I told him.

“It’s actually funny, because you do matter to me.” He said with a little smirk.

“I do?” I asked furrowing my eyebrows at him.

“No one forgets their first love.” He said, before I got to answer he said, “Now, just a little peck on the cheek as a goodbye.”

“I’ve heard you’ve got a one week break, so this isn’t a goodbye.” I told him.

“Oh, for all we know I could be taking the next flight to Japan to spend my time off.” He said.

“You have a girlfriend, don’t forget that.” I said and turned around walking towards the exit.

“Why are you mad anyway? It’s you who broke me.” He said as I stopped again.

“Does it really matter? We’re never going to talk to each other anyways, I don’t even know why we’re having this conversation.” I yelled at him.

“Are you still with that Austin guy?” He asked changing the subject.

“No.” I whispered as my eyes got filled with tears.

“What’s wrong? Did he hurt you?” Harry asked fake pouting his bottom lip.

“If you don’t know what happened then shut the fuck up.” I said with tears streaming down my face.

“Then tell me what happened.” He said walking over to me.

“No, just get away!” I said.

“Fine.” He said dryly before turning around.

“Harry.” I whispered which made him face me again, “Austin…” I started and took a deep breath trying not to break into tears, “Austin raped me.”

His eyes widened as his jaw tightened, “Why didn’t you tell me?” He asked with his dark, husky, British accent.

“I didn’t tell anyone.” I whispered wiping away my tears before walking over to him and kissed his cheek, “Goodbye Harry.” I said and walked out of the arena.

All the girls were still there, screaming Harry’s name, waiting for him to come outside. Lilly and Trisha ran over to me, “There you are!” They said in sync.

“I’m leaving.” I told them and walked past them.

“Do you need a ride?” Lilly asked.

“I’m not going home.” I told them.

“Then where are you going?” Trisha asked.

“To the bar downtown, I’m taking the bus.” I told them and walked over to the bus station.

As I sat in the bar drinking my first glass of beer, a blonde tall guy walks up to me and sits down next to me.

“If you buy me a drink you might get lucky tonight.” He smirked checking me out.

“Fuck off.” I mumbled taking another sip from my drink.

“You seem a bit tense… let’s get Tequila so you loosen up.” He smirked holding up two fingers to the bartender.

“Why are you even talking to a depressive fuck like me? You probably won’t get laid.” I cocked as the bartender handed us two Tequilas.

“You’re welcome,” He smirked holding up his class, “Cheers… For me.”

I bumped my glass into his before drinking the Tequila.

“So what’s your name, cutie?” He asked drinking his drink.

“Melanie,” I said with a tiny sigh.

“I knew I’ve seen you before.” He said snapping his fingers in the air.

“Do I know you?” I asked furrowing my eyebrows at him.

“Yeah, and you hate me.” He chuckled while licking his lips.

I just gave him a confused look, all until he reached out his hand, “Austin,” And right then, all the flashbacks came, and the tears formed immediately.
