Cold Fear Falling

1. Cold Fear Falling

Cold Fear Falling by Tariq Dickens

A Poem About Terror And It's Cure.

Blind unto darkness covering,

It's thickened tendrils smothering,

stumbled forth into the void,

Cold fear falling.

No light, no love escapes,

When that fear poisons your fate

in a crowd you stand alone,

Cold fear falling.

Your life, it falls away,

no months, no weeks, no days,

when you stare death in the face,

Cold fear falling.

In light, the harshness burns,

in dark, body churns,

gears grinding to a halt,

Cold fear falling.

But then you see her face,

Your soul rises from that place,

liberated from your demons,

Cold fear fallen
