Calum Hood. That's me.
I'm the new kid on the block.
I've just moved to Sydney, Australia with my family to start a new life. But I don't want to.
I liked my old life.
I loved it in fact.
I was the popular kid in school, with a banging girlfriend who just happened to e the head cheerleader. My sister, Mali Hood, got offered a fashion job here in Oz, and my parents just expected me to drop my life and move half way around the world for her.

But what if moving to Aus wasn't such a bad idea after all?
Well, it can only go up from here.

8. Chapter eight

Again, after school I went to Ashton's and we jammed out. It became just a normal habit. I left Ashton still playing the drums whilst I went and grabbed a glass of water.

I jogged into the kitchen, trying to get some cold air on my bare chest. I opened the fridge door and found a jug of water, and so I took it out. I turned around and sat the jug on the bench, meeting Emma's eyes.

"Calum, what's up?" She asked again, like she had yesterday.

"Nothing. I'm just thirsty." I shrugged, grabbing a glass from the over head cupboard.

"Are you normally like this once you have sex with a chick?" She shyly asked me, fiddling with her fingers on the stone top bench.

"We'll considering us having sex meant nothing to you-" "IT WAS YOU!" Someone screamed from in front of me. I lifted my head and met a very angry Ashton. I swear if steam could come out of people's ears, he would be doing it.

"I-uh-um..." I couldn't find the words to tell him.

"I thought we were brothers cal." He stated.

"We are!" I raised my voice a little.

"we'll 'brothers' don't go around sleeping with their sisters!" He yelled.

"It doesn't matter anyway because it meant fucking jack shit. She has sex with guys constantly, it won't happen again. Promise." I stuttered.

"get out. I don't want to see you here again. Just leave." Ashton sternly spoke, pointing his finger at the front door. I hung my head low and sauntered out of the house, tears falling from my eyes.

I seem to always find a way to stuff up my friendships.

Emmas pov

The words that fell from Calum's mouth hurt me.

If only he knew.

Knew that what we did was special.

"Emma, I don't want you seeing or speaking to him again, got it?!?" Ashton yelled, causing me to jump at his sudden angry ness.

"Your not my fucking mother." I sternly stated back, getting up and storming up to my room. I sat down on my chair facing out the window, letting tears fall from my eyes, landing on my carpeted floor.

I looked across to Calum's room where he was just getting in. As soon as our eyes connected, he walked over to his window and forcibly shut his curtains.

Why does this have to happen to me.

All because of this stupid lie.
