34. This Is It

Lillian's POV

After awhile Ariana fell asleep so I put her in the bassinet in Justin's room. I then began walking through the house trying to find Justin. I stopped walking once I heard piano playing. I walked up closer up to the door where the noise was coming from. I put my ear up to the door.

"Don’t fight fire with fire, if I'm screaming talk quieter. Understanding and patience, feel the pain that I'm facing. Be like serenity, help re-position my mind. Take a chance make difference in my life."

I knocked on the door. Justin quickly stopped playing the piano and opened the door. "What's up?" He asked. I sighed. "We.. We need to talk." I told him. He just stood there and looked at me.

"Okay. Let's talk." He said.

"Um.. Can I come in?" I asked.

He moved aside and let me in. I walked in and looked around. There was lots of instruments all around. It was like a studio in here. I've never been in this room before. It's like I was never supposed to come in here. I went and sat down in one of the chairs. Justin came and sat down too.

"What's wrong?" He asked.

"Why do you assume somethings wrong?" I asked.

"Because nothing right now is okay. What's up Lillian?"

I sighed and began to cry. "Justin.. J-Joey's doing all of this. H-He killed Ashley. HE kidnapped Ariana! He's after us! And if we don't do something I'm scared worse will happen Justin." I told him. He quickly walked over to me and wiped away my tears with his shirt sleeve. He kneeled down in front of me and held my hands.

"We're gonna move. To.. To Laurel. Missouri. Everything will get better. I promise."

I nodded and wiped away the tears. "W-When are we leaving?" I asked. Justin began rubbing my hands. "Tomorrow morning. I'll start packing tonight." He said.

"I'm gonna start packing up Ari's things." I said standing up. Justin nodded. Before I left the room I pulled Justin in for a hug. He hugged me back.

Justin's POV

I held onto Lillian, rubbing her back in a circular motion. Her breathing became quicker, she's... Crying?

"Shh.. It's okay Lillian. I'm here for you. Everything's gonna be alright." I assured her. She pulled away and nodded. She wiped away her tears and left the room.

I began pacing around the room trying to figure out what needed to be done. Pack. I need to pack. I picked my phone and called my mom.

"Hi Justin." She said.

"Hey mom. I have a question."

"What is it?"

"There's this person after Lillian and Ariana and they've done some crazy stuff lately. And to keep them safe I decided that we're gonna move. And I needed your help packing.." I told her.

"Oh Justin that terrible! Of course I'll help you. I'll be there in about 10 minutes. Alright?" She said.

"Okay thanks mom. I.. I love you."

"I love you too Justin. See you soon." She said.

And with that I sat down and waited for her to arrive.

I sat in the living room watching the telly when there was a sudden knock on the door. I got up and went to answer it. It was my mom. "Hey Justin." She said giving me a hug. "Hi mom." I responded.

She walked in and sat on the sofa. "What should we start with?" She asked. I shrugged "I already finished packing up two rooms. Got bout' four to go." I said. She sighed "Justin how do you buy so much crap over the years and manage to keep all of it?" She asked.

"Mom it's not crap! It's collectables." I corrected her.

"Okay Justin. COLLECTABLES. How do you buy so much COLLECTABLES over the years?" She asked.

"I don't know. Like I just simply buy something and add on to the pile. Simple." I shrugged.

Lillian came downstairs with Ariana and sat on the couch. My mom's eyes lit up. She just HAD to hold the baby.

Hours had went by and no process was made. I started growling.

"Justin what's wrong with you? Is your tummy upset?" My mom asked still holding Ariana.

"Patricia Mallette, we have things to do and you're procrastinating." I told her. She nodded and stood up. I took Ariana from her.

"Give the baby back to the owner and come on." I said handing Ariana to Lillian.

"So now I'm her OWNER?" Lillian asked. Owner? Wrong choice of words. Oh shit. Oh shit. Oh shit.

"No no babe. I meant-" She cut me off. "Shut up Justin." Then she began walking upstairs with Ariana. I slowly shook my head.

"Come on Justin let's pack." Mom said patting my shoulder.

Lillian's POV

I stood there outside holding Ariana playing with her tinny fingers. I looked back at the house. Justin put his arm around my shoulder and said "This is it." I laughed. "Stop being dramatic Bieber." I looked down at Ariana.

"We're gonna move now. Everything will get better. You won't have to worry about anything I promise you that. I love you Ari-bug." I told her.

Justin pulled me closer to him. "And I love you." He said. "Uh go away." I said pushing him away. He pulled me closer again. "No really. I love you Lillian. And you need to know that." Then he kissed me.

Missouri here we come.
