7. Chapter 6

Justin rushed down the stairs to see Ethan, Brandon, and Seth there standing there angry looking at six girls that were in the kitchen. Justin joined the line of boys.

"What the hell is going on here?" Justin asked crossing his arms looking at the girls.
"Ah, Justin nice of you to join us." Claire smiled seductively. Justin rolled his eyes.
"Simple, we want your little girlfriend." Logan said smiling a little bit. "She killed Ian so we need to kill her." She continued.

Justin and all the other boys were all utterly confused as to why they came into here very peaceful.

As Justin said Audrey stayed in his room. She was sitting on the bed criss-cross apple sauce just waiting for Justin to come back. She wanted to listen to him because she didn't want to get into another fight with him. And she didn't want to see him die if that would happen.

"Who fired the gunshot and why?" Justin asked all the boys he was standing next to.
"Claire because she's a psychotic bitch that wanted to make a dramatic entrance." Ethan said obviously annoyed by her.

Justin narrowed his eyes at her.
"How dare you use a gun when you have been betraying us for who knows how long." Justin spat towards her. Claire laughed evilly.
"Honey, I might have been in this gang but I never left your gang before. So therefore I can use guns or knives. Which ever I may choose." She told Justin. Justin couldn't believe he ever slept with someone like her. She is just despicable.

Justin was about to say something to her but was stopped by a ear piercing scream from upstairs.
"Audrey." Justin said.

After a few minutes Audrey heard the window open. Her heart rate increased and she was frozen. She didn't know what to do. But once she saw who came through scared was a understatement.
"Ah my beloved sister." He said looking at her with evil eyes.
"Jesse." She breathed. He smirked.
"Of course who else." He said walking closer to her.
"What do you want?" She whispered.

He laughed now standing in front of her. He pulled out his knife that had Jesse engraved in it. Slowly running his finger across the blade.
"You killed our brother. It's funny how you chose love over family. Who does that Audrey that doesn't deserve to die." Jesse spat.
"I didn't kill him." Audrey stated bluntly. Of course lying but she was certain that Jesse was a best with that knife and could kill her at any second.

But Jesse did the unexpected and slap her hard across the face. Nothing new to Audrey.
"Oh cut the bullshit! I have eyes everywhere." He told her bringing his hand away. "Then you went to your little boyfriend to have a nice lovey-dovey session afterwards."

Audrey acted like it didn't hurt her and turned to face Jesse again. He looked at her with pained eyes. He was hurt that she killed Ian. And needed to do what had to be done. It was the motto of his gang. No matter what.

Audrey slapped him across the face as hard as she could. Jesse -who's not used to that- brought his hand up to his cheek in shock.
"So what are you going to do? Huh?! Kill the only sibling you have left?" She spat at him. Jesse laughed bitterly.
"Siblings? What makes you still think we're brother and sister not mentioning blood. Audrey we haven't talked in almost two years. We can't stand each other. We're in rival gangs…we're enemies." He spat. Then he smirked. "That's why I'm going to have no mercy killing you."

Right after those words left Jesse's mouth Audrey made the best ear piercing scream her lungs could give out.

Jesse fell to the floor clutching his ears before she heard multiple footsteps come up the staircase.
"Shit." Jesse muttered.

Justin busted the door open to see Audrey sitting on the bed and Jesse getting up from off the floor.

"What the fuck?" Justin said. Jesse whipped his head around and Justin almost laughed. His cheek was red and he knew what happened. His anger stuck around, though. "Did you touch her?"

Jesse glared at him. "Maybe I did. Why do you care? You get to touch her all the time."

"Actually-" he started, but Audrey cut him off.

"Yes he touched me. Now beat him up." she smiled. Justin rolled his eyes and looked at Jesse again.

"What do you want, anyway?" Justin asked, crossing his arms.

Jesse tightened his jaw. "It's none of your concern."

"And why not?"

"Because!" Jesse spat. "You always show up at the wrong time and right now would be a good time for you to leave. Unless you want to watch me kill your girlfriend."

"Ah, so that's what you want." Justin squinted his eyes. "Oh, and she's not my girlfriend anymore."

Jesse smirked. "Then I guess you won't mind watching?"

Audrey watched Justin and Jesse glare at each other. She didn't know what was going to happen, so it surprised her when Justin whipped out his gun, and at the exact moment she saw something move from behind him.

Before she had time to yell out, Claire had already stuck the knife into Justin's back and he'd already fallen to the ground.

She didn't have anything to say. Claire just smiled at her and walked over to Jesse.

"Now that that's taken care of..." Claire said. "We should be going."

Audrey's gaze was fixed on the gun at her feet. She glanced at Jesse and Claire who were still standing there and then made the split second decision to pick it up and shoot.

She heard Jesse cry out and then she realized that she'd hit him in the arm and not the chest like she wanted.

"You bitch!" he spat as he clutched his arm. "You're fucking dead when I get the proper chance to kill you!"

Audrey formed her mouth into a thin line and said nothing.

"Come on Jesse," Claire grabbed his good arm and shoved him through the door. She glanced back at Audrey. "We'll be expecting you at the west side. Hope to see you soon, Audrey." Claire spat before she followed Jesse. Audrey waited until she heard the front door shut to run over to Justin.

She checked his pulse. It was still going, but it seemed to be slowing down. Audrey started to feel tears slip down her face. "Justin," she croaked out. "Justin wake up."

"This floor is uncomfortable," he groaned. Audrey let out a small laugh which only led to more tears.

"I'll get Seth," she stood up but Justin stopped her.

"Don't leave."

Audrey frowned. "Justin I don't know what to do. I need to get help."

"No, no, no I don't need help. Just stay here with me while I die."

Audrey glanced at his back and then back down at his pleading eyes and she started to cry. The tears fell down so fast and she had to back away from Justin so they didn't land on him. She cried for another second before she shakily yelled for Seth.

Seth showed up a minute later and when he saw Justin he called for Brandon, Austin, and Ethan. Seth dropped down next to Justin and asked Audrey what happened.

"There's...no time...for...questions," she manged to hiccup out. "He's...dying..."

Seth shook his head. "He's fine. Just calm down and wait a moment, okay?"

Audrey nodded and then stood up. She walked over to the bed and lied down on it, facing the window. When Brandon, Austin, and Ethan walked in she made sure that she closed her eyes. She listened as they milled around the room and bandaged Justin up. Eventually she drifted off to sleep.

What seemed like not even a minute later, Audrey felt the bed sink down next to her. She craned her neck around to see Justin and she almost fell out of bed because she was so relieved. He smiled at her and she smiled back.

"You're okay." she said.

Justin nodded. "I'm fine. Just a little dizzy."

"How long was I sleeping?"

He rolled over onto his back and looked up at the ceiling. "Two hours."

Audrey closed her eyes and then started to cry again. Justin looked over at her with a frown.

"Don't cry," he said. "You did nothing wrong."

"B-but I wasn't awake to see you okay and-and I fell asleep not knowing if you were going to make it or not."

Justin frowned again and wiped away her tears with his thumb. Audrey looked at him and their eyes met. He didn't take his hand off her cheek.

"I'm fine now, though. Isn't that enough?"

"Then what else do you need for you to know that I'm okay and I'm not going to die?"

Audrey looked into his caramel brown eyes again. She shrugged and then slowly leaned into place her lips on his. Justin immediately responded and cupped her face with both his hands. Audrey, not really thinking at the moment, ran her tongue along his bottom lip and he gladly granted her entrance.

Justin smiled and then rolled over onto his back, bringing Audrey on top of him. She smiled too and ran her hands up his hard stomach as she did so. Justin pulled away, placing his lips to Audrey's neck, and ran a trail of butterfly kisses down to her collar bone. She let out a small moan before she slowly pushed him back down.

"I think you should be sleeping." she said as she placed her forehead onto his.

Justin smiled. "Well guess what? I don't care." he said and then pulled her down to kiss him again.
