Loved You First

"Was it possible that all the signs, I had convinced myself were just my imagination, actually were real?

I just couldn't help but wonder how long she'd had feelings for him, even if they were subconcious.
I was sure that I loved her first, but at this point I actually didn't know who she loved first."

A few slightly sexual references (not smut, I don't do that)
A few slightly violent scenes
Use of strong language at times
SELF-HARM references in a couple of chapters

27. 'Broken Hearts vs. Hopes'

So, I was able to write, what originally took four days, in only ONE day and finished last night, so here’s the chapter, and it’s the longest so far, like the wordcount is 5.700!! I’m pretty sure I got everything, though it was bit of a pickle remembering every word in some of the convos.. I just wanna say a few things,

Before any of you get the urge to kill me, because of some stuff in this chapter, like I’ve said before, this is going to be veeery long, and everything can change again, soo yeah… hang in there, you never know how it will turn out..

Also after the next few chapters, all the “relations” are going to kind of like stabilize, cus y’know, too much drama is never good :P at least, for a while ;)

Finally a shoutout to Lallypop, cause she gave the new character! I’ve been wanting to bring someone in for a while, and she helped me there ;) also, she said some really lovely things about this! But but but… I can’t promise I will use the character exactly as you suggested, but yeah you never know ;) so even though I don’t do this, this chapter is dedicated to her :)

plss comment!! like & fave

Well, I’ll stop rambling now! love you all!! Enjoy, xoxo M. ;)

Chapter 21

"Broken Hearts vs. Hopes"

Niall's P.O.V.

I left Harry and Louis, to find Liam, Zayn and Mag and go back to the hotel. I saw Liam talking to some fans outside, and went to join him but suddenly Zayn walked by furiously kicking a trash can.

"Zayn! What's wrong?" I asked walking over to him, and he turned to me with an annoyed expression,

"Nothing Niall, nothing at all!" He replied angrily and continued to walk towards the exit, but I grabbed his shoulder,

"Hey buddy! Wait up! There are fans out there, are you sure you want to go out to them like this?" I asked and he groaned.

"Niall, I'm really not in the mood. Pick me up from the back when you leave." He said, and walked in the opposite direction.

"What about Mag?" I called out, but he just kept walking, without replying.

As if on cue, Mag came walking around the corner, looking upset.

"Hey Mag, what's wrong with Zayn?" I asked, as she walked up to me.

"I told him we should take a break." She sighed and my jaw dropped to the floor,

"What? Why?" I asked.

"I don't wanna talk about it, can we just leave?" She asked and I nodded leading her towards the exit.

There were only a few fans left outside, so we quickly gave them autographs and took a few pictures before climbing into the van.

"Um... We have to pick up Zayn from the back." I said as I started the car, and Mag quickly looked up from the backseat,

"Wait!" She exclaimed, making me hit the break, "I actually want to see Lou for a bit. I'll take a cab to the hotel." She said jumping out of the van, before we could say anything.

"What's with Mag and Zayn?" Liam asked, as I started the car again, driving to the back.

"Apparently Mag said they should take a break, and Zayn didn't take it well." I replied.

"Why would she want to take a break?" Liam asked confused, and I shrugged as I pulled up to Zayn, smoking a cigarette by the back door.

He had actually cut down on smoking a little bit, after he had got Mag to quit.

Zayn put out his cigarette and jumped in the van, reaking of smoke.

"Where's Mag?" He asked looking around at the empty seats.

"Um... She wanted to see Louis." Liam replied quietly, but Zayn didn't answer. I looked at him in the rearview and saw he had a cross expression, eyebrows furrowed. I sighed as I pulled out to the main road.

"Tally! What are you doing here?!" I exclaimed in shock tightly embracing the golden/brunette standing in mine and Liam's hotel room.

"I heard you guys were going to be here quite some time, so I decided to come visit my friend Lauren who lives here," she said nodding towards her friend, who I just now noticed, "I met Paul in the lobby, and he told the receptionist it was okay to let me in. Where is everyone?" She asked clearly excited to be here.

"Zayn is in his room, and Harry and Mag are at Louis." Liam replied, as I just stood adoring here.

"Yeah Paul told me what happened, is he okay?" She asked concerned.

"He'll be fine. Sorry I didn't tell you, but management y'know." I said and Tally nodded smiling at me.

I was so happy to have her here. I felt butterflies having a party in my stomach, and my heart pounding as I got lost in her gorgeous greyish blue eyes.

"We can just hang out here while we wait for Harry and Mag." Liam suggested bringing me out of my daze, and we sat in the two couches, catching up and getting to know Lauren.

Harry's P.O.V.

I left Louis' room, so completely drained of power. I couldn't believe it. He wasn't in love with me anymore. I had given him all my love for three years, given him everything and then he just broke my heart like this. When he didn't want to go public, fine I could understand. When he didn't want a relationship, okay I could wait. But for the first time in three years, he said he wasn't in love with me anymore, and it just made it worse, that he tried sugarcoating it, by saying he still loved me.

"People fall out of love". Did he really believe that theory? I thought he felt the same way as me. That loving someone means being able to fall in love with them over and over again. Apparently not.

I was so caught up in my thoughts, that I bumped into Mag.

"Oh Harry! I-I'm sorry." She said, and I thought I sensed something deeper in her apology, then just bumping into me.

"No it's okay. I should've looked where I was going." I said, and we stood there kind of awkwardly, not sure how to proceed. I finally decided to break the ice,

"Were you going to see Lou?" I asked, feeling a pain in my heart, at the mention of the older boy.

"Yeah... I guess I'm trying to avoid Zayn also." She said weakly.

"Why?" I asked, and I could see she was fighting back tears.

I instantly forgot our disagreement earlier, my big brother feelings swooping in, and led her over to a few seats.

"Now take your time, and tell me what happened." I said cupping her face, and wiping her tears away with my thumbs.

She let out a few sobs, before explaining,

"Well, I told Zayn we should t-take a break, so I could deal with my insecurity issues, but he got really upset and thought I was breaking up with him and walked away angrily. Now I d-don't know if were on a break or if we b-broke u-up. I didn't mean to break up with him Harry! I never wanted to hurt him!"

"Then why didn't you go with the others? You should be talking to him!" I exclaimed, but she just shook her head,

"No I have to give him time to blow off steam, before talking things through. You know how bad-tempered he is."

She had a point. Zayn had a horrible temper, and when it got the best of him, he could end up saying or doing things he would regret later.

"So how are things with you and Lou?" Mag asked, and I let out a deep sigh.

"Apparently he thinks I don't trust him, and he's not in love with me anymore, so he though it would be best to end things."

Wow that hurt more than I thought it would.

"Oh harry..." Mag said, but I interrupted her,

"No it's fine. I just have to move on. If he can fall out of love, so can I. I just have to find someone else." I said hoping I sounded more convincing to her, then I did to myself.

"Are you sure? You don't look fine..." Mag started, but I gave her a look.

"Right. You're moving on."

"Yeah. Well I'm going back to the hotel. You coming along, or you want to see" I had to stop calling him Lou. It reminded me too much of "our time".

"I think I'm go see Louis a little bit." She replied and gave me a comforting hug, before I walked out of the hospital.

As I got back to the hotel, I got a text from Niall telling me to come to their room, and I figured anything would be better than being alone with my misery.

"Harry!" A girl screamed, jumping on me, as soon as I had knocked on the door.

I knew it was Tally before she pulled away. She always used the same perfume, and it was the same one as Eleanor, which Louis would always smell of, when they had been out in public, hugging and stuff. I wondered if everything would remind me of him. Tally brought me out of my daze,

"Helloo! Is anyone home?" She said waving her hand in front of my face.

"Tally! I'm just surprised to see you, what are you doing here?" I said with a smile, hiding my true emotions.

"I decided to surprise Niall!" She replied with a huge grin, reminding me of how well she fit with the Irish lad.

"I'm staying with my friend Lauren who lives here." Tally added, introducing me to a girl with pretty eyes and a nice smile.

"Hi, I'm Lauren." She said with a shy smile.

"Hello, I'm Harry Styles." I said with all the charm I could muster, but Niall and Tally laughed at me.

"She knows who you are silly!" Tally chuckled sitting next to Niall, so I could sit next to Lauren.

"So tell me about yourself!" I said, flashing her one of my smiles, making her blush.

"Well my name is Lauren, I'm 18, and I live here in Manchester where I attend the university..." Lauren was interrupted by Tally,

"And she's been dying to meet you guys!"

"Shut up Tally!" Lauren exclaimed, blushing even more, making me laugh.

Lauren had arrived at the perfect time. I could try to get over Louis, and even better Louis Tomlinson was one of the most jealous men alive.

Maggie's P.O.V.

I watched Harry leave the hospital, and walked over to Louis' room. I stood outside for a minute, before I finally knocked on the door and walked in.

"Hey Mag, I was wondering if you were coming today. Where is Zayn?" Louis said smiling, and I felt my body tense up.

"Um he went back to the hotel. He's pretty upset." I replied sitting on the chair next to his bed.

"About what?"

"I told him we should take a break."

Louis' face expression went from confused to shocked,

"Oh. Are you okay?" He asked concerned.

I was definitely not okay, but I really didn't want to talk about it.

"I'm not really in the mood to talk about it Lou. Can we just talk about something else? How are you doing?"

"Actually great considering the circumstances. I talked to my mum and she and my sisters are taking the train from Doncaster to come see me later. I really miss them when we're on tour y'know. It's not so easy to go visit when we're in another country or across the world."

I could hear in his voice, how much his family meant to him. We talked about them a lot when we had that best-friend thing. I really missed that.

"They're staying for a couple days. Maybe you can finally meet them." Louis said with a smile.

I wondered if it was weird that I met Louis' family before Zayn's, but there was nothing wrong with meeting the family of a good friend. Besides I hadn't had a chance to meet Zayn's family yet, but I knew he wanted me to, when we go to Bradford.

"That would be great." I said, and we smiled at each other.

Something about the situation reminded me of those pictures I saw in that album Zayn had made. The way Louis and I would just smile at each other, oblivious to our surroundings. The feelings I had for Louis confused me sometimes, because I usually didn't feel that way for a friend. But since I had never had such a good guy friend as Louis, I figured it was probably normal, and I was just confused cause it was a new situation to me. I still had to ask him something though,

"Louis, if you don't mind me asking, why did you end things with Harry?"

Louis sighed,

"It's pretty complicated."

"Well I'm sure I can keep up." I replied smiling.

"You just quoted Edward in Twilight didn't you?" He replied with a chuckle, and I rolled my eyes,

"And you're just avoiding the question."

I looked closely at him, and noticed a sadness in his eyes.

"The thing with me and Harry, is we were never exclusive. We loved each other, and were in love, but he even dated other girls. I do think though that most of the time, he was trying to make me jealous, when he thought me and Eleanor were getting to close. That's the problem... Harry gets jealous very easily, and that proves to me, that he doesn't trust me. A relationship relies on trust, and without that it can't work for long."

I understood his point, but there was something in his voice that didn't quite have me convinced,

"Something tells me, there's more to it." I said cautiously, and Louis quickly looked at his hands.

"It's okay Lou, you can tell me. I'm your friend." I assured him putting my hand on his arm.

"Well, I still love him deeply, but I'm not in love with him anymore, not like before. I can't have such strong feelings for two people at once." Louis said avoiding eye contact, and I got a weird feeling in the pit of my stomach.

"Louis... I know I probably shouldn't be going there but... Y'know we never got a chance, to talk about what Harry said that night you ran out. About you and... Your feelings." I said almost in a whisper.

"I love you Mag!" He suddenly blurted out, taking me by surprise.

"Well, you love Harry too..." I started but was quickly interrupted,

"But I'm not in love with him. I'm still in love with you though."

I knew it was totally my own fault for bringing it up.

"But you... I-I'm with..."

"With Zayn?" Louis interrupted me again, "that's the thing. You're not with him anymore at the moment."

"We're just on a break." I said quietly, and Louis had the nerve to roll his eyes,

"Don't try to deny that there is something between us! I never said anything, not even to Harry, because I thought I was imagining things cause I wanted it so bad... But the truth is I felt a connection from the start more than friendship. And I know you felt it too, you just didn't notice because you were too caught up in Zayn."

I was getting upset with Louis, for making me confused about my own feelings. I thought those strange feelings I had were just friendship, but now I didn't quite know what to think.

"Listen, Zayn and I are on a break, and despite what some people think, that doesn't mean breaking up! So don't make me go all Rachel on you, cause even though we're on a break, we're still committed to each other!"

Louis took my hand and looked me deep in the eyes,

"Can you truly look me in the eyes and say that you don't at all feel the same about me?"

Liam's P.O.V.

I didn't like the way Harry kept smiling at Lauren. He was probably just being friendly, but he knew what effect his dimpled smile had on the female population. I didn't know what was going on between him and Louis, but if it wasn't working out, I hoped he wasn't just going to use her as a rebound. No one deserved that, and especially not Lauren. Okay, I had only known her a few hours but I could tell she was really sweet and down to earth, unlike her carefree Irish girlfriend. And she was absolutely gorgeous.

She had beautiful curly brown hair, very pretty dark brown eyes, nicely natural tanned skin, and a lovely smile that lit up her face.

I chuckled, remembering the time Niall made fun of me, because I once said I liked blue eyes, but then fell for girls with brown eyes. Not that I was falling for Lauren, I barely knew her.

But I did catch myself staring at her, when we heard a knock on the door, and Tally jumped up to open.

"Mag!" She screamed attacking the brunette, much like she had done to Harry an hour earlier, and Mag was equally surprised.

"Oh my God, Tally! When did you get here? How are you?" Mag said, looking truly happy to see her friend.

"I'm great! I got here earlier, to surprise Niall. This is my friend Lauren, who I'm staying with!" Tally replied excited, introducing Lauren once again.

"Hi, nice to meet you," Lauren said getting up, and joining the two other girls, "Tally has told me so much about you, I've been looking forward to meeting you!"

"So how's it going with you and Zayn?" Tally asked wiggling her eyebrows, but Mag's smile faded,

"Actually, we're on a break."

"What?! Why!" Tally exclaimed in shock.

"It's a little complicated, let's not talk about it. I'm so happy you're here!" Mag replied, regaining her smile.

I sat and observed the three girls:

First there was Mag: quiet and shy at first, but once you got to know her, she was full of life and always up for fun. She could be a thousand different people at once and talk for hours about movies, books and music. She could get pretty philosophical too, and always wanted to help out, whether it was physical work, or someone who needed comfort or a talk.

Then we had Tally: a female Niall. Irish, LOUD, full of energy, carefree and with a big appetite! She also came off as a cute innocent girl, but she was pretty tough, and like Mag she loved movies and music. But she would rather spend a day shopping then reading a book.

Finally there was Lauren. From what I had seen, she was a lot more calm then the other two girls, but not boring at all. Tally had told us some stories of the crazy things they had done, but she was probably the most serious, thoughtful and down to earth of the three. She also seemed like the type of kind person, who you just couldn't dislike. She wasn't so much into movies and books, but loved music and shopping. I could also tell, she was a creative person by the way she dressed, and I liked that in a girl.

I suddenly felt a sort of empty feeling. Everyone around me had someone. No matter what was going on with Harry and Louis, they had each other, Zayn had Mag sort of, and Niall had Tally. A couple months ago, when we all were single, I had been fine, but now when I saw the boys with their significant others, I missed having someone myself.

I was brought back to reality by the loud Irish girl,

"Let's go out tonight!"

Harry, Lauren and Niall instantly jumped on board, but Mag and I weren't so sure.

"I don't know guys..." Mag said drifting off, in that way she always did when she was unsure.

"C'mon Mag please," Harry pleaded, "you know both you and I really need to get out. Come, for my sake! Please!" Harry put on his puppyface, which made Mag roll her eyes, but she agreed to go and they all turned to look at me.

"I think I'll just stay here with Zayn." I said seriously, causing the two Irish to laugh at me.

"You don't even know if he wants to go!" Niall said.

"That doesn't even matter, Niall and I will convince him! Don't be a partypooper!" Tally added crossing her arms.

Great, she was just as stubborn, as Niall too. Like we needed two of them!

"C'mon Liam, it will be fun!" Lauren joined in, "I'll even not drink with you, if you come along!" She said, with a wink. How could I say no to that?

Zayn's P.O.V.

I couldn't believe it. Mag had actually broken up with me, or decided to take a break, whatever! How could she do that? She didn't trust me! What had I ever done, to make her doubt me? Ever since, I met her, I had never even looked at another girl, I loved her dammit! When we got together, I thought it would last, I meant for it to last, but she just completely turned on me, and shattered my heart into a million tiny pieces!

I threw myself on the bed, screaming into the pillow and holding it so hard, I ripped it a little. I didn't even care. I felt like trashing the whole room, but at the same time, I was so powerless. I just lay on the bed, and reached for my ipod on the nightstand, to drown out my thoughts and feelings with music.

I pressed play without even looking, or checking the song. I instantly recognized the tunes to Backstreet Boys' Incomplete, but I didn't have that on my ipod. I realized I had grabbed Mag's ipod by mistake, but I got totally lost in the song.

Empty spaces fill me up with holes

Distant faces with no place left to go

Without you within me I can't find no rest

Where I’m going is anybody’s guess

I tried to go on like I never knew you

I’m awake but my world is half asleep

I pray for this heart to be unbroken

But without you all I’m going to be is incomplete

Voices tell me I should carry on

But I am swimming in an ocean all alone

 Baby, my baby

 It’s written on your face

You still wonder if we made a big mistake

I'd try to go on like I never knew you

I’m awake but my world is half asleep

I pray for this heart to be unbroken

But without you all I’m going to be is incomplete

This song described exactly how I felt. Empty, broken, incomplete. I couldn't stand a second more, of dwelling on my feelings, so I quickly changed to a rap song that had nothing to do with love. Except, knowing Mag’s music taste, maybe the love for your gun or the Westcoast.

I listened to about a dozen songs, and was really getting into an old Nas song, when I heard someone knocking on my door.

I ripped out the earbuds furiously, and got out of bed, opening the door so angrily, I almost pulled it off its hinges. The two people in front of me, caught me by surprise.

"Don't you be giving me none of your attitude Malik!" Tally said, walking into my room followed by Niall.

"What... I just opened the door?" I said confused that she was even here.

"No you ripped it open very violently!" She stated, "anyways we just came to tell you we're going out." She added nonchalantly looking around the room, raising an eyebrow at the ripped pillow.

"That's great, have fun!" I said, my voice laced with irony, and Tally looked at Niall for assistance.

"We're all going out, including you! Everyone else has agreed." He stated, and they both crossed their arms.

"No! No no no, I'm not going anywhere!" I refused throwing myself back on the bed.

"Yes you are!" Tally ordered, pulling the pillow from under my head, "so get out of your misery, or we'll have to use our secret weapon!"

What secret weapon? I looked at her confused, and she nodded to Niall who handed her his phone. She tapped around before turning the screen towards me. I was looking at a picture of myself, sprawled out on bed in a very unflattering position, sleeping with my mouth open, drool on my chin.

What the actual fuck!

"When did you take that?!" I exclaimed in horror, sitting up trying to grab the phone, but Tally quickly handed it back to the little Irishman.

"That doesn't matter pretty boy. Either you go along, or that will be all over Twitter and Instagram within minutes!" She said, and they both smirked.

"That's like blackmailing!" I exclaimed, but they both shrugged,

"Yeah, so?"

"I don't even care if you put that out!" I said trying to sound indifferent.

"Yes you doo!" The Irish girl sang, and I got out of bed.

"You know, in case you haven't noticed, I could take that phone from Niall very easily!" I said threatening, but Tally stepped in front of him, crossing her arms,

"And in case you haven't noticed, if you even try to get close, you will end up on the ground!" She said even more threatening, and I was about to laugh, but realised she was being serious.

So the leprechaun had gotten himself a bodyguard. I realized, I had no choice.

"Fine, I'll go!" I said reluctantly, "but it's against my will.

Tally smiled, clapping her hands together excitedly.

"Great, we're leaving in a few hours, so we can go eat first," Niall said smiling his stupid smile and added, "the girls are going shopping, you wanna go along?"

He then noticed the expression on my face, and the two Irish bullies hurried out of my room.

At least I had a few hours to myself. Maybe it wasn't such a bad idea going out. If Mag didn't have a problem with it, why should I? And even better, I could drown my sorrows.

Harry's P.O.V.

I decided to go shopping with the girls and Niall. Anything to get my mind off The Heartbreaker Louis Tomlinson. That was my new name for him. No more Lou, no more Louis, definitely no more Loubear. He was just The Heartbreaker.

Lauren's place was close to a shopping center, so we stopped by to disguise ourselves, which meant Niall, Mag and I were dressed in ridiculous hats, glasses and sweaters. Well they weren't exactly ridiculous, just something we wouldn't usually wear. We had decided to also disguise Mag, since fans could recognize her by now, and she had also borrowed a scarf from Lauren, who had tons of them.

"I feel a little bad about going out, while Lou is in the hospital." Niall said, as we entered the center.

"Oh well, we can go out again, when he comes out. He only has to stay there a few days right?"

We all looked at Tally, slightly confused, except Lauren who was smiling.

"Oh yeah, Lauren and I have a few weeks off from school and work, so I'm staying for two to three weeks!" Tally stated excitedly, and Niall broke out in a huge grin, embracing her tightly.

"Tally that's great!" He said, and Mag and I nodded in agreement.

"And that's not all!" She added, as Niall let her go, "I figured Mag will want her own room now, so I asked the receptionist about available rooms, but they're fully booked, soo... Lauren has tons of space, and has given her consent to let you, Niall, stay with us! Then Zayn moves in with Liam, Harry with Louis, and Mag can take over Harry's single room!"

Niall was even more excited about this news, and embraced her again, this time lifting her up. I, however, was not at all happy, about this suggestion.

"No! I'm not staying with the he... Louis!"

Everyone, except Mag, looked at me confused.

"I don't want to talk about it, but I'm not doing it!" I simply stated, and like always Tally had a solution,

"Okay then you can stay with Zayn, and Louis with Liam?" She suggested, and I shrugged.

I would stay with anyone, who wasn't The Heartbreaker.

"Okay! Now that we know where everyone is staying, let's hit the shops!" Lauren exclaimed, and we all agreed.

"Oh this would look lovely on you!" Lauren said, holding up a flowy yellow top, to Mag.

"I'm not so sure," Mag said looking it over, "I don't think I would be able to fill it out in the... upper region."

She added the last part in a whisper, but it was loud enough for me to hear, and I couldn't hold back a laugh, making the two girls glare at me.

"Boys." Lauren said, rolling her eyes, as they moved on to another rack.

"You know, I'm all shopped out!" Mag exclaimed, holding up her two pitiful bags, "I'm gonna try to find the Irish kids at the food court."

"That's fine, we'll catch up with you later." I said, and Mag left, leaving me alone with Lauren.

"You know, I actually think that yellow top would fit you quite nicely." I suggested, and Lauren looked at me, raising an eyebrow,

"Are you implying something about my size, Styles?"

"Not all at, nothing bad at least." I replied with a smirk, making her blush, and I chuckled.

She picked up the top, looking it over, then looking at me and I nodded encouragingly.

"Okay, I guess, I can try it on." She said, and headed to the changing rooms with the yellow top, two pairs of jeans and a few t-shirts.

"Can I see you try on clothes?" I called after her.

"Never in a million years!" She called back, making me laugh, while I watched her curls bouncing as she walked away.

There was something about Lauren I really liked. I was definitely physically attracted to her, but I had tried that with so many girls. Like Taylor Swift. She was hot, but we had no chemistry. I also realized that when I found a girl attractive, I would rush into something or "accidently" get caught kissing, because I was subconsciously trying to make The Heartbreaker jealous. I had many times feared that him and Eleanor would actually fall for each other, and of course I couldn't let that happen. As a result, I never fully gave myself, and the relationships or flings would never last long.

But with Lauren, there was more than attraction. I felt something deeper. True, at the beginning I just wanted to make The Heartbreaker jealous, but I was starting to think I might fall for her.

"Don't fool yourself Harry! You're still in love with Louis, and Lauren is the just the right amount of perfect to make him jealous!" A little voice in my head said, but I ignored it and pushed it to the back of my head, as Lauren came out of the changing room.

After purchasing a pair of jeans and the top, we went to find the others, as I secretly hoped, she would be wearing her new purchase tonight.

When we got to the food court, we quickly spotted Niall and Tally stuffing the faces, as Mag was digging into a plate of nachos, while constantly slapping four Irish hands away.

"C'mon, we have to go back and change, if we're going out to eat." I commanded the three people out of their seats, wondering if Niall and Tally actually had been eating the whole time.

They all got up, and collected their stuff, Niall grabbing a handful of nachos on the way.

"Oh dinner sounds great, I'm so hungry!" Tally exclaimed, and I looked at her in shock.

How her and Niall stayed so fit, when they were eating whenever there was food close by, was a mystery!

It had been hard to find a good parking space, so I had to park like 50 meters from the entrance, and it was now really windy, making me shiver. We had almost got to the car, when I heard a squeal and turned to Lauren, just in time to see her blue and green patterned scarf blow away. I instantly reacted, and ran after it. I ran about 20 meters, before I finally jumped in the air, just managing to catch it, and walked back to the others, noticing they all were staring at me in awe.

"I can't believe you did that!" Lauren said in shock, as I handed her the scarf.

"Well, I had a feeling that you have a thing for scarfs so... you know, it's a lovely scarf, shame if you lost it!" I replied with a smile, as we all entered the car.

"Thanks," she replied, still slightly awestruck, "but I got it on sale for like £5 last year!"

"It's still lovely." I replied, with a smile, as I started the car.

"So where are we going to eat anyways?" Mag asked, as I pulled into Lauren's street.

"Nothing too fancy, just somewhere nice. You must know some places Lauren?" Niall asked, turning around from the co-driver seat to face her.

"Actually there's a really good Mexican place in town, and it's close to this great club!" She said, after thinking for a minute.

"Sounds perfect, more nachos!" Niall exclaimed and I rolled my eyes.

"We'll pick you up in an hour!" I called out, as the girls walked up to Lauren's door, and they nodded, waving as I pulled back onto the street. I took one last look in the rearview mirror, just in time to see those shiny brown curls disappear through the door. I had a feeling, tonight was going to be a good night.
