37. I Will Love You Forever

Haley's P.O.V.

I woke up with Niall snuggled up next to me. My phone beeped. I picked it up. 34 texts! What the? They were all from...Louis?

From: Lou:P: Haley! Answer me!

From: Lou:P: Please. We have to talk.

From: Lou:P: Wake up!!! It's 1:00!

They were all pretty much like this.

To: Lou:P: What do you want?

From: Lou:P: Hal, I know your mad at Harry. But please you have to talk to him.

To: Lou:P: No way! I am not talking to him after what happened.

From: Lou:P: Please. You don't understand. He is a wreck without you.

To: Lou:P: Well, he should have thought about that before he went and flirted with some girl.

From: Lou:P: Hal, you don't have to forgive him. Just let him speak his mind.

To: Lou:P: I'm sorry. I can't.

From: Lou:P: Haley, he hasn't ate, or slept, or moved in the past 24 hours. He has just been sitting on the couch by the phone waiting for you to call him. He refuses to do anything. He hasn't even talked. All he's done is cried. Please. He's broken.

I sighed. I did feel bad, but I just was so mad at him. He deserved to be punished, but not like this. Not starving himself. I couldn't talk to him, though. It would just make me feel bad and I'd take him back. But the more I thought about it, the more I realized that I needed to let him talk. I still loved him and I couldn't live with myself knowing I was the reason he was so depressed.

To: Lou:P: Okay.

From: Lou:P: Really?! Yay!!! We're at your house.

To: Lou:P: K. I'll be there in a few.

I got out of bed without waking Niall. I changed into the clothes that I wore yesterday. I left a note saying where I was and left. I pulled into the driveway. I just sat there for a moment before getting out. I went up to the house and walked in.

Louis ran up to me. "Please don't be hard on him, love. He's really upset." he whispered. I nodded and walked into the living room where Harry was at. He was sitting on the couch, staring out the window. I slowly sat down next to him. He didn't move.

He looked pretty bad. His eyes were red and swollen from crying. He looked...broken. I just wanted to grab his face and kiss him but I controlled myself. "Hey." I said quietly. He turned and looked at me. "Haley?" he whispered. I smiled lightly. "I'm so sorry." he said. "I was drunk and I didn't know what I was doing. I feel awful. If you don't forgive me, I don't blame you. I just want you to know that I'm sorry."

I looked into his eyes and then looked away. Control yourself, Haley. Don't give in so easily. Don't do it. Stay strong. Oh, fuck it. I slammed my lips against his. I couldn't help it. I still loved him, and there wasn't any way of denying it. He seemed a little shocked, but he just went with it.

"I'm sorry, too." I said after pulling away. "I knew you were drunk. I shouldn't of reacted like that." He shook his head. "It wasn't your fault. I was being a dick." he said. I looked into his green eyes. "I love you." I whispered. He smiled. "I love you, too." he whispered back.

I stood up and gave him a hug. "Here." he said, reaching into his pocket. He pulled out the ring. "Will you still marry me?" he asked. I giggled and nodded. "Of course." I said. I slipped the ring back onto my finger. It was so weird having it missing. Even for only a day. I loved having it back.

I kissed him again. Louis walked into the room. "Everything goi..." he started. I could tell he was smiling. "Well, I'll see you guys later. Bye!" he said. I heard the door open and close. I pulled away from Harry and smiled. "Hal, I can't live without you. No more of this. Promise?" he asked. "Promise." I said, knowing I couldn't live without him either. He pecked my lips again. We sat down onto the couch and cuddled up close.

"I have a date picked out for the wedding." I said. "Really? When?" he asked, sounding excited. "February 14." I said. He smiled. "Valentines Day. Good idea." he said. "And I was thinking we could have it at this really nice church. It's very old and luxurious." I added. He nodded.

"Well, we better do some shopping then. February 14 is only..." He paused for a moment. "4 months away!" he continued. "So how about tomorrow we can start getting things arranged." I said. "Sounds wonderful." he said before pecking my lips again.

*The Next Day*

I was out with Sarah, Eleanor, Danielle and Perrie looking for wedding stuff. Harry was meeting with someone to discuss where the wedding will be and with time and stuff. The girls and I pulled up to a wedding dress store. "We're here!" Dani chirped. We all climbed out. Eleanor grabbed my hand. "I'm so excited for you." she squealed. I smiled and we walked in.

"Hello girls! Looking for anyone in particular?" a lady, Pam, asked. She was older, with dark gray hair and a few wrinkles. She was tall and as thin as a toothpick. It literally looked like she could snap in half at any moment. All the girls pointed at me. I smiled nervously.

"So you're the special one today. Well congratulations. Is there anything you're looking for?" Pam asked. "Yeah. A dress. With like a pop of orange." I told her. She motioned for us to follow her. She showed me a variety of dresses. "How about this one?" Perrie suggested, pointing to a long white gown. I shook my head. "Nah. To long." We went through tons of dresses. None seemed to be the right one.

I was just about to give up when something caught my eye. It was a white, flowing, short-sleeved dress with an orange ribbon tied around the waist. It fell down to right at the ground. The back was long and dragged the floor. It was perfect.

I walked over to it and ran my fingers along the fabric. It was smooth and silky. "Like it?" Pam asked. I nodded. "It's beautiful." I said. She took it off the hook that it was hanging from and helped me put it on. I took a deep breath and walked out to where the girls were. Their jaws dropped.

"I-It's gorgeous." Dani stuttered. "Wow." Perrie and Sarah breathed. El was smiling really big. She ran up to me. "You look stunning, love." she whispered. I hadn't seen what I looked like yet. I turned so I was facing the mirror. I gasped. I looked amazing. It hugged my waist just right and fit perfectly.

"I'll take it." I said smiling. The girls cheered. I changed out of it. "Now let's find us some bridesmaid dresses." I said. We looked around a little before finding the perfect ones. They were orange with a white ribbon around the waist. They were strapless and fell to right at the knee.

All the girls tried them on. They looked amazing! "We look hot!" Sarah almost screamed. We all laughed. After paying we went to try some cake, pick flowers and look at invitations. Everything was going great!

"So, Sarah. You with Niall?" Dani asked. "Well, sort of. We text a lot and have hung out once or twice. But we've never kissed or anything. We're just good friends." Sarah explained. "But we're going somewhere tonight. He said to wear something nice so I'm guessing it's gonna be a romantic date." she continued. "You guys are so cute together!" Eleanor squealed. Sarah blushed and smiled at the ground.

The girls dropped me off at my house at around 4. I walked in. All the lights were dimmed. "Harry?" I called. I stepped on something. A rose pedal. There was a trail of them leading upstairs. I set my purse down and slowly followed them up the stairs. They went into the bathroom. The door was open just a crack. I slowly opened it. The bathtub was filled with warm, steaming water. The only light in the room was candles. Sweet smelling candles. I stepped into the room.

I jumped as I felt a pair of warm, muscular arms wrap around me. "Surprise." a deep British accent said quietly. I smiled and turn around. I pressed my lips against his. He had no shirt on, which was really turning me on. I pulled away. "Thanks, babe." I said.

We both stripped down and climbed into the hot water. I laid back and relaxed. "So how was your day?" Harry asked, looking at me from the other side of the tub. "Great. We found dresses, and cake, and flowers, and a bunch of other stuff. I'm so excited." I said. He smiled. "Me, too."

I scooted up to him so I was sitting next to him. He had his arm around me. I slowly traced my finger over the butterfly tattoo on his stomach. I sighed. "Harry, I love you, but your tats are a little out of control." I told him. "I know." he sighed. "I regret getting some of them."

I noticed a new one on his chest. It was a small infinity symbol with the letter 'H' in it. "When did you get this one?" I asked, pointing to it. Harry chuckled. "Today..." he said. I looked up at him and groaned. "But I got it for you. See the H? That's for Haley. And it's over my heart. So it's saying that I will love you forever." he told me. I smiled. "Well, I would get one, too, but I really don't want a tattoo. I hear they hurt." I said. He laughed. "I think a tattoo would be quite sexy on you." he said smirking. I rolled my eyes.

He moved so he was holding himself up over me. He started to kiss me passionately. "Oh, babe. Not tonight. I'm tired." I groaned into his lips. He pulled away and frowned. "Please?" he asked. I sighed. "Fine." He smiled and continued to kiss me. I could tell that this was going to be a long night.
