Double the Styles

Tess Jennings was one of those girls that when you look at her you'd probably think, "Wow she must be that stuck up popular girl like in the movies." And for the record, that's half true. She was popular and pretty like in the movies, but not stuck up. She was a sweet, caring, beautiful, young girl. All the guys would hit on her & comment dirty things. But all she did was look down on them in disgust. Despite her popularity, her best friend was the last person you'd expect. Marcel Styles. The down-look dork of the school that everyone teased. Everyone bullied him despite the fact his best friend was "the popular girl" and no one bothered Tess about be best friends with "that dork". It was a weird system, and the two hated it. But suddenly something happens that might change everything in their lives. Marcel's twin brother is released from reformatory school after getting in serious trouble. A story about a boy no one ever knew. His name? Harry Styles.

Chapter 5 - Pleasee?

Harry's POV: I walked down to front office on the main floor. I smiled to myself, thinking about Tess. She was really sweet...and hot
I mentally face palmed myself.
Shut up Harry. Tess was different than other girls, and I needed to start acting like it. I wasn't going to screw things up this time. Every girl I was with only ever wanted me because I was bad and mean. All this time I've never had a real girlfriend that I actually liked. Maybe Tess would be the first one. And besides, it's not like she's with my brother, they both said they weren't together and that's that. When I got down to the office the principal talked to me again, telling me about the rules of the school, stuff about my classes, blah blah blah. When she done talking she dismissed me.

"Okay Harry, now I expect you to be ready for school tomorrow. Okay?" the principal stated, seeming just as uninterested in the conversation as I was.
"Mhm," I nodded and walked off. I hoped she hadn't sensed my wandering imagination..
Then again, she really didn't care that much anyways. She probably knew I wasn't listening. I walked around the school a little. I wandered the halls, in search of something to do. Students passed me in the hallways, not bothering to say anything. Girls either gave me shy smiles or (not so subtly) winked at me. I guess none of them actually heard where I came from. Not that it even mattered to me. All I thought about was Tess, I hope she got the note I slipped in her bag. I turned another corner in the hallway, when I bumped into someone, a girl. Unlike the others, I didn't receive a reaction from her. She just kind of, stood there. Almost taking in my presence for a moment, before finally speaking.

"Uh, hey." she started quietly.
"Hi, I'm Harry." I shot my hand out for her to shake.
She was hesitant at first, but she finally took it, "Yeah, I know. Marcel's..twin brother."
"Oh right, sorry....I'm Mandy. A friend of Marcel and Tess."
Oh, interesting. She smiled at me, flashing her straight white teeth. She had a nice smile, and sparkling blue eyes. She had a small figure, she was pretty cute.

"So, what are you doing out of class? Not that I'm nagging or anything." I asked.
"Got let out early, I have a doctor's appointment."
"Oh, okay. So maybe, if it's okay with you guys, Marcel, Tess, you and I could possibly hangout soon. I'm new to the area, and no one's really that interested in the new kid who randomly popped out of no where and happens to me the mystery twin brother of Marcel."
She laughed and pulled out a small paper and a pen and scribbled something down.
"Here." she handed me the paper. "I gotta get going, but yeah sure, I'd love it if we all hung out. Here's my number. Text me later and we'll figure something out."
I smiled, "Will do. Bye Mandy."
She grinned, "Bye Harry."
Well she was nice.

Tess' POV: History was over and the next period went by painfully slow. Marcel and I sat quietly in the back. The only reason I liked this class is because the teacher gave everyone seats at the beginning of the year and made us stay there. In every other class we got to pick our seats and since Marcel would always stay at the front, so would I. I laid back in my chair, yawning quietly. I leaned back to much and the chair began to tip backwards. Luckily, Marcel caught it in mid fall and pushed the chair back up.

I smiled at him, "Thanks."
"Don't worry about it.."
We looked at each other, before quietly laughing.
"Is there anything you two would like to share with the class?" the teacher stopped her lesson and looked straight at us. Everyone turned their heads towards us.
We held back our laughter, "N-no, sorry Miss."
She rolled her eyes, irritated. She flung her arms up in frustration, "Teenagers."
She sighed, "Class dismissed." the bell rang and everyone rushed out of the room, fighting to leave first. We got up and headed towards the door, keeping our heads down in an attempt to avoid the disapproving glare being given to us by our teacher.

"Stupid teens." we heard her mumble. We burst out into laughter as we walked towards our lockers.

We finally stopped laughing. I clenched my stomach as I gasped for air. I sighed happily as I shoved my books in my locker and got my bag. I closed my locker and we headed over to Marcel's.

"So, do you wanna get together after school today with Mandy?" he asked as he put away his school stuff carefully.
"Yeah okay. Hey Marcel?"
"So, I was thinking, maybe we should invite Harry as well.." I bit my bottom lip, nervously waiting for an answer. He was quiet for a minute, before grabbing his backpack and closing the locker door. "Harry? Why?" he seemed hesitant and somewhat annoyed at the mention of his brother.
"Marcel, he's your brother. And besides, he's new and doesn't know anyone in town. Pus he's just going to get lost trying to figure out his way around." I attempted to convince him.
He thought about it for a moment, still not seeming convinced.
"Pleeeaaaasssseeeee?" I pouted, sticking out my bottom lip and batting my eyelashes. Proving my puppy face never fails, he gave in.
He sighed, "Fine Tess.." I smiled and gave him a hug.
"Thanks, now go home and talk to Harry. I'll see you later." I waved goodbye to him, he waved back and we walked to our cars. I smiled at him a final time before heading in my car and driving away. When I got home, I shut the door and walked up to my room. I laid on my bed, thinking about Marcel. About Harry. About them both. I took in everything that had happened today. I pulled out the small piece of paper from my bag and looked at the number. I waited for a little, debating whether or not I should give him a call. Finally I sat up and dialed the numbers. I waited as the phone rang. My stomach began to feel...weird. I got this odd sensation in my gut as I thought about Harry. Why was I so nervous..?
