He's dangerous [COMPLETE]

"Who's that?" I asked, eyeing the mess of curls that downed yet another drink.

"Oh, that's Marcel. He used to be the biggest nerd in school. One day something inside of him snapped and completely changed. He got a bunch of tattoos and beat up every kid who bullied him. Stay away from him, he's dangerous." She spoke as he looked over at me.

I tried to stay away, but despite how he had changed, he was the one thing that could keep me from failing Algebra. I didn't want to spend time with him but I had to.

Will it stay as a simple tutor?
Or will their be more going on then tutoring?

I woke up to the quiet howling of the wind, the cold air slowly infiltrating the room we slept in. I tugged the blanket closer to my body, Harry's tanned, defined chest revealed as the blanket slipped from his hold. I folded my legs, curling up into a ball as I bowed my head, closing my eyes as I tried to imagine myself sitting somewhere warm.

No matter what I conjured up within my mind, nothing warmed me up, even if the warmth were to be just an illusion. I huddled, a chilling sound escaping my lips as I looked outside, pitch black filling my vision.

Harry stirred beside me as I held my breathe, waiting to see whether he'd remain asleep or wake up. Eventually he found comfort within the minimum blanket he had left and he was left to his dreams. I smiled, tossing and turning before finding a position that comforted me into sleep.

No matter what I tried, there was something constantly nagging me. I sighed, sitting up as the blankets slipped down, my hair falling in my face as I lazily blew my breath upwards. My hair flew up, landing on the side as I let my eyes fall shut, my body remaining upright.

"So much for peaceful sleep," I muttered quietly as I rubbed my eyes with my hand, a yawn emitting from my frozen, pale lips. I swung my legs off the bed, letting them land softly on the ground with a gentle thud, as I waited for that fuzziness in my vision to disappear before standing up.

I let my feet hold me as I stood for a few moments, debating whether or not I should climb back in bed.

Yes...okay, yes it is! I sat down, laying back down and covering myself with the blanket which Harry had currently hogged. I pulled at it, Harry tugging back as his eyes slowly fluttered open, his green irises revealed beneath the moonlight.

"I'm frozen to the bone...I need some blanket!" I whispered as he lazily nodded, pulling blanket from beneath his torso, scooting it over to me. I thanked him, wrapping myself in the material that was warmed from his skin. Aw, thanks Harry.

Harry flipped around, wishing me a goodnight before we both fell asleep, our bodies so close I could feel the heat radiating off his tanned skin. I enjoyed the toasty feeling before I fell asleep once more.

"Fair?" Ryder suggested as we cuddled on the couch, our hands intertwined. I was about to respond yes before a thought cleared a space in my mind, taking up the space. For our one month anniversary, Marcel had taken me to the fair. I just don't think I could handle the memories of something so important and special to me. Walmart and the fair were two completely different things.

"Anything else?" I suggested, trying to play it off nonchalantly. Yes, because the nervous bead of sweat on my forehead was an indication of anything at all.

"Zoo?" He asked as my eyes widened. I nodded enthusiastically, already running upstairs and changing into some black leggings, an oversized white sweater and some TOMS.

I hurried back down as Ryder observed me chuckling.

"Zoo it is!" He smiled as I mimicked his action, intertwining our fingers before I shouted goodbye to Emma...walking out the door. Ryder led me to his car, opening the door for me, as well as closing it before jogging over to his side and repeating the same steps.

We drove for half an hour, getting lost twice before we found the zoo. I smiled, looking out the window as he drove up into the parking lot, unlocking the doors so we could get out. I stepped out, locking my door and shutting it as Ryders hand  was joined with mine.

Already, I could hear the sounds of various animals who had yet to acknowledge the amount of visitors they had. Ryder led me to the payment booth, paying for us and thanking the lady once we finished.

"Where to first?" He asked, taking a deep breathe as a small mist streamed from his lips due to the cold air.

I thought before wildly jabbing my finger into the air, the perfect idea smashing any other sense I held within me.

"Kangaroos!" I shouted, jumping up and down like a five year old on drugs. Not that you should...well...you know. He laughed, nodding his head as he took out the map, unfolding it so they we could find where the kangaroos were kept.

It took us a while but we eventually found them, my mind going crazy once I saw them. I started jumping, pointing and squealing like a little girl, immediately dashing over to the barrier which I wanted so bad to overturn.

I waited, taking multiple pictures before a baby kangaroo cautiously hopped over to the fence. Ignoring the rules, I reached my hand in as it backed away fearful but soon it was rubbing it's fuzzy paw against my hand, my heart truly melting to a drop.

This might be the cutest thing in existence. Well...other than Marcel...STOP IT ELLA! You're with Ryder now, you can't go dreaming about your ex- wait! Was Marcel technically an ex? We never really broke up. I need to stop.

"Can you take a picture, before anyone sees?" I spoke, holding out my phone for Ryder to take as he nodded, taking it from my possession. I posed closely to the kangaroo as I heard the camera shuddered, a smile capturing my lips.

I took the phone back, admiring it as I thanked him, leaving a small peck on his lips. I let my phone fall into sleep mode as I continued admiring the different animals. The were any animals you could imagine. Of course Ella...it's the zoo.

Ryder and I had spent as long as we could before we finally decided to call it a day, leaving the place my heart still wandered. So many animals had captured my attention and heart, it wasn't even funny.

"Goodbye!" Ryder smiled, leaving a kiss on my lips as I waved, stepping out of the car and running up to the door. I quickly unlocked it, sending one last wave before gently shutting it, my back leaning against the white wood.

Today was perfect. I've slowly been getting back on my feet and although it's not easy, I'm slowly getting there. I walked into the kitchen, setting my bag down as I hopped onto the island, letting my legs dangle as I sat and thought.

Thoughts always took me to random places and thats exactly where I found myself today. Random memories flooding my minds like a swarm. I bit my lip, smiling as I thought about them and how they shaped me into who I am.

Happy tears gathered in my eyes as I looked up at the ceiling, imagining.

"I miss you mommy...daddy. I hope your proud of me!" I smiled, speaking quietly as that one tears fell from the corner of my eye.

   I hope they were proud.
