7. Chapter Seven

Zayn's P.O.V.

"I love you! I will not let you!" someone yelling woke Sam and me up. I frowned and walked to the door. I followed the voice until I reached Niall's room. Soon, the others joined me in the hall. I knocked on Niall's door. Nobody answered. "Niall, I know you're in there. Open up, mate." I said. Still, no one responded. "I will break this door down. C'mon Niall. At least let Sam in." I pleaded. I don't know why or how, but Niall and Sam had a special bond. They were best friends. It probably had something to do with me being hit by a car, and Sam thinking I was dead. The door cracked and everyone backed away. "Where is she?" Niall whispered. Sam came past us all and joined Niall. We all stood at the door, trying to hear what was going on. "What did I do? What did Louis do? They just won't take us back." he cried. "Niall, they think it's best." she replied. "But it isn't! How could she know what's best for me?" he asked. "Shh. Niall, please calm down. I'll talk to her." Sam said. I'm assuming Sam calmed him down. Nobody was talking.

Sam's P.O.V.

We were all standing at Niall's door. He wouldn't answer until Zayn told him to at least let me in. I entered and shut the door, knowing the other's were still there listening. I hugged Niall. "What did I do? What did Louis do? They just won't take us back." he cried. "Niall they think it's best." I said. "But it isn't! How could she know what's best for me?" he asked. This is how I knew we had to get Mollie and Brooke back here with them. We couldn't stop for anything. Niall was officially broken. And if we don't get Mollie to change her mind, who knows what Niall would do. Normally he was this carefree, cheerful lad. I hadn't seen his real smile or heard him laugh since he had seen Mollie. Louis could be just like Niall, or possibly worse. We have to get them to change their mind.

I had Niall lay down and I covered him with blankets. "Everything will be okay." I whispered. A single tear fell down his cheek. "What if she never comes back?" he asked. "You have us. You have Zayn, Liam, Louis, and Harry. You have Ryan and Brianna. And you also have me. We'll always be here, Niall." I whispered back. He smiled weakly and I kissed his forehead. "You're my best friend, Niall. I want me to talk to me if you need somebody, okay?" I said. He nodded and I stroked his cheek until he fell asleep, then I snuck back out.

"Emergency girls meeting. Now." I said once I was back in the hall. The boys would probably try and listen, but we couldn't be concerned of that right now.

We are all seated in the living room. "We have to go to Brooke's house and talk to them. Guys, Niall cracked. He's broken." I said. "What if they don't change their minds?" Ryan asked. "Then he'll just have to take what he can get. It won't be easy, but I'm his best friend. He's surrounded by all his best mates, and you guys. I think we could help him. Over time he'd be alright." I said. "But Mollie coming back could fix him now." Brianna said. I nodded. "That's why we're going there right now." I said. "It's two in the morning!" Ryan said. "You have a point, but Niall was just on the phone with Mollie." I said, remembering the phone in Niall's hand and some of what they were saying. "And I don't care. Mollie better open her door or I will for her. That's a promise." I said. I was pretty angry at her by this point. She hurt my one of my best friends. And no one is aloud to do that.

I was now standing at Brooke's door knocking like crazy. Mollie, still half asleep opened it. "What do you want?! It's two-thirty in the morning, Sam!" she snapped. "I want you to get in my car right now and go talk to Niall!" I yelled. "Shh! Other people are sleeping!" she whispered. "I could care less! You broke him, Mollie! He's hurt! I haven't seen one smile in days!" I yelled, noticing Brooke's presence behind her. "And you! You hurt Louis! He hasn't cracked yet, but he will! We can all tell!" I yelled at her. "We already told you why we aren't there. You know. You just weren't strong enough. It's what's best for them!" Mollie said. "How could you possibly know what's best for them? You haven't been living with them the past two days! They love you! But obviously you don't love them back! Because if you did, you'd be in my car right now going to the house to see them!" I shouted. Mollie was shocked I had the nerve to be on the doorstep at three in the morning yelling at her and Brooke. She looked back at Brooke, who was crying. "I'm sorry, Mollie." she said. And I knew what she meant. I got one out of two to change their minds. It was now ten against one. Good luck, Mollie.

A/N: I know! I haven't updated in forever! I'm going to the corner now, don't rush me! And Mollie... don't hate me!
