My Bullysitters

9. Things Called 'Rules'

Katie's P.O.V

I realized I must have fallen asleep at some point as I was hectically awakened.

"Get the fuck up!" Louis screamed, agitation clear in his voice.

I then noticed that I was being roughly shaken. I shot up, looking around until my eyes fell onto an angered looking Louis. I then checked my wrists, realizing yesterday's events were real and not just a bad dream.

"Geez you're hard to wake!" He complained.

"Sorry." I said quietly.

"Is that the only word you know? Honestly, if you're not apologizing you're stuttering!" He exclaimed.

"No, I'm just afraid to say something wrong in front of you guys." I surprisingly answered.

He then smirked at my response, happy with the fact I was frightened by them.

"Well anyways, come down stairs. We have something we need to go over." He stated, walking out of my room.

I was surprised he wasn't dragging me, but then again it may be too early for them to want to bully me right now. I made my way to the living room, Harry shoving me on a couch.

Must not be that early...

"Alright, listen up!" Liam said, looking me straight in the eyes. "I'm about to go over some things with you, things you may refer to as rules. Rule number one, you're not aloud to leave the house without our permission. You go where we say, when we say. Rule number two, if you're asked to do something, you do it. No questions asked. You will tend to our needs, whatever they may happen to be. Rule number three, don't run away, lock your door, or argue with us. You seem to forget those from time to time. Lastly, rule number four, one of us will stay in your room each night, just in case you try to do something...stupid. Do you understand?" He asked once he finished explaining.

I nodded my head, unsure if I were even aloud to speak or not.

"Good girl." He smirked.

Please Liam, stop treating me as if I were a dog. This 'good girl, bad girl' crap has got to stop!

"Now," he continued. "If you fail to follow these rules, you will be punished. And don't think you can skip out on your daily fun." He said, smirking.

Fun? Maybe for you...

I was then sent to my room to change out of my pajamas. As soon as I was finished, my phone began to go off. I had a video message from Niall! I quickly opened it, already happy to be hearing from him.

"Hey princess.

How are things at home?

Hope you're not having too much fun without me.

Anyways, I just wanted to play you a little something, and it goes like this.

Oh did you know dear, you are my sunshine.

You make me happy when skies are grey.

Oh did you know dear, how much I love you.

Please don't take my sunshine away.

I love you and miss you like crazy!

Say hi to the lads for me?

Talk to you later princess.

Just hearing his voice made me so happy, and he sang the song so beautifully. Along with playing his guitar. His sweet but simple message brightened my day.

I then went to follow out his request, even though I didn't wish to speak to the boys.

"Niall says hi." I said, walking into the living room.

"Cool!" Liam said, a happy smile on his face. It then suddenly changed to a smirk as he remembered who he was talking to.

"Who wants to have some fun?" Liam asked, instantly getting the boys attention.

I just ducked my head down, wanting them to quickly get it over with.

"You're not running away?" Liam questioned, his eyebrows knitting together.

I shook my head and walked towards him.

"Just make it quick." I asked, trying not to cry in front of them.

He then sighed out before saying, "Never mind. It's no fun when you just hand it to us. Way to ruin the mood. Go to your room, I don't want to look at you."

I looked him in the eyes before quickly heading up to my room.

He was mad I didn't run away? Didn't he just specifically tell me not to do that during his little rule lecture? I was relieved I wasn't beaten down on the spot, but I also knew he was probably a bit mad that I 'ruined the mood.' I'd most likely pay for that later.

Not wanting to think about it anymore, I grabbed my IPod and headphones. I then began to listen to all of Niall's songs he uploaded for me. Hearing his voice calmed me down, taking me into a whole new world.

Hurry home Niall, for me?
