Little London Girl

Em hates One Direction. She hears all about them all day by her little sister Kayla. Finally, Em thinks she's done with hearing about them when she goes off to college but soon realizes that she'll never be free of One Direction, not when she run's into one of the boys and her world unravels.

31. The beach house

Late Sunday night we all loaded up in the van and Paul drove us to the airport. On the way I assured him that since the boys didn't tell anyone where we were going, they wouldn't need security. And plus it was a small island and where our house was, no one used that part of the beach. Paul told the boys to call as soon as something happened and be safe and blah blah blah. Louis was making funny faces during his lecture, making me laugh. Eventually all the boys were looking back at Lou and laughing. Paul stopped talking after that.

He dropped us off at the airport. He drove right up onto the area where the planes were which was really cool. He helped load our bags on the private jet and gave the boys a quick hug before we climbed the steps. Louis carried my crutches which I had gotten the day before as I hobbled up the planes steps.

I was in awe of the jet. In was way nicer than first class. Leather seats that reclined. Each had their own tv. There was a couch that had a 40 inch tv. And a table with 6 seats for eating or games. I had never been on something this fancy. I had never even flown first class before. I sat down on the couch and Louis sat next to me and set his hand on my lap. He smiled at me and leaned over and kissed me.

"Oh gross!" Harry called from behind us.

"Get a room!" Niall shouted.

"Technically this could be considered a room," Louis said as he looked back at the boys and smiled.

"Oh gross! Not while were here!" they all yelled.

*Several hours later*

I woke to Louis shaking my shoulders and smiling at me. I smiled back and relized I had slept the entire flight on his lap.

"Good morning," he said as he kissed me. "We just landed," he said as he handed me my crutches. I stood up and hobbled to the door of the plane and Zayn grabbed my arm and helped me down.

"Thanks," I said.

Louis came up behind me and helped me put my backpack on. Having a cast on your arm and leg limits what you can do. I felt so needy. We were met by a man dressed in all black who said he would be taking us to the beach house. He loaded our bags into a separate van and sent it ahead of us and ordered us to call Paul and tell him we got here. Liam called and while he talked to him the rest of us claimed our seats in the van. I decided that I would call my mom and tell her we were on our way and we'd be there in about 20 minutes. I told the boys that I was going to prank my sister and say that they weren't coming and then she'd freak out when we got there.

"Looks like my pranking skills are rubbing off on you," Louis said. I smiled as my mom answered. I talked to her for a few minutes and when I was done Liam got in and we were on our way.

About 20 minutes later we pulled up to a beach house that my parents owned. It was surrounded by trees in the front, which is why I loved Amelia Island. It was also a nature persurve so were there wasn't houses, shops, or beach, there was just lush beautiful trees. I loved it here. The house was a pale blue color with a wrap around porch and around the back there was a small pool and a walkway to the beach. I walked up and told the boys to hide on the side of the house, and I knocked on the door. Through the window I saw Kayla running down the stairs still in her pajama's. She flung the door open and hugged me. I hugged her back. Even though she drove me crazy a lot of the time, I really missed her.

"I missed you so much!" Kayla said as she pulled away from the hug. "I have no one to talk to anymore," she said.

"I miss you too Kay," I said. "Guess what?" I said getting ready for the surprise.

"What?" she asked.

"I have a surprise for you," I said as I took her hand and led her around the corner to where the boys were. She froze and just stared at them before letting out a high pitched scream. It's a good thing we didn't have any nearby neighbors or they'd think someone was getting murdered. She hugged all of them like a million times and finally I had to pull her off. "Ok Kay, they are gonna be here all week," I said as we walking into the house. My mom was in the kitchen cooking breakfast and when she saw me she gave me a big hug. Then she saw the boys and hugged all of them.

"I am so glad to finally meet all of you!" she said as she went back to cooking. "I've heard so much about you," she said as she glared at Kayla. My dad came walking down the stairs and he gave me a hug and shook of the boys hands.

"Good to see Kayla's posters aren't of fake people," he joked. They laughed even though it was a stupid joke.

I could tell that this was going to be a good week. It was defiantly a much needed vacation for all of us.
