Chapter 2

Lucy woke up, it was a gloomy Sunday morning. She got out of bed pulled her suitcase open and found a notebook and pen which, in her mess, took quite a while. She sat on the chair against the wall, that for some reason wouldn't budge how ever much she tried to get it to the Desmond the other side of the room and began to draw. Five minutes later she was rocking on the chair in boredom because ,the truth was, she had forgotten the way to the kitchen.

Suddenly her rocking stopped but only because Lucy was sitting on her chair that had just tipped over backwards where a wall was meant to be and found herself in a corridor filled with old books jewels and other things of all sorts. She was really hungry now, she decided to walk down the corridor to see what was there. A little further ahead she saw a door it was the one she had seen last night, the one leading to the kitchen. She opened the door expectantly and was amazed, she couldn't believe it actually worked!

" Good morning." Alistor spoke  cheerily, he was making pancakes.

" Good morning." Said Lucy, her mouth started watering the moment she stepped into the room. "How did you sleep?" He asked, he seemed a lot less vampire like in the blue sheep pyjamas he was wearing.

" Fine thanks, who are those pancakes for?" She asked

"They are yours," he said, "who else is in the room?" The pancakes tasted even better that they smelt.
