So, after confirming the Shadow Agents were, strangely, on our side, Heather,  Susan and Olivia went home. Ii stayed behind in the lab to do my Science homework, and left late night. And who did I find roaming the corridors at 11:30pm? Sam.

"What are you doing here!?" He asked.

"You mean what are YOU doing here!? Roaming the corridors at half eleven!" I replied.

"Must I remind you that you are also doing the same?" He demanded.

I opened my mouth to speak, but then shut it. Then I barged past him and went home.

I knew Sam knew something was up, so instead of going to sleep I logged on Skype and called the girls.

"Sam saw me leaving the lab last night." I said. Heather opened her mouth to reply, but then flopped on to the keyboard asleep and shut off her microphone.

"Why don't you just frefrefrefreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeewbhg-" Susan was cut off by Sleep. Olivia seemed to be the only one awake. Behind her I saw something glowing.

"Olivia?" I asked. She had fallen asleep.

"OLIVIA!" I shouted. I didn't care if the whole street woke up, the glowing entity was getting closer to her. Leaving the Skype call on, I grabbed my jacket and dashed out into the night. The only light was the dim glow from the streelights, as clouds covered the moon. Still heading to Olivia's, I had a thought.

"The sky was meant to be clear tonight... Dad went to stargaze..."

As I passed the school, I noticed a light from F7 - A room in the performing block. But there was no time. I could see the green glow from Olivia's house. Was I too late? Rain suddenly lashed down, hitting me like tiny knives...

Lightning crashed as I froze Olivia's front door and shattered it with a punch. Her parents were out of town and her sister would probably be out partying. I ran into the Lounge, where Olivia was. The glow was gone. The Book Of Jade -which was apparently waterproof- was reacting. I searched through but no pages had text.
