4. Chapter Four

"Girls, we're home! Come on out to the car. We're going out tonight. Bring Lee with you. I have to go get something. I'll be out in a few minutes."

"We're on our way. I'll see you in a few, are you getting what I think you're getting?"

"Indeed I am. Thank you so much for it, LeeAnne."

"That's great. I'll just get everyone situated into the car."

Gwen ran upstairs to her room looking for the last present that LeeAnne had given her for her birthday today. The four lockets with the family portraits in them. Three of them were silver, though only two were hearts, the other was circular and had the same intricate carvings on them as the heart lockets. Hers, the golden one was the same as the hearts. She was very happy to be able to give them to her siblings. They would always have their father with them now.

She ran back downstairs and and out to the car. She got in the driver's side and buckled up.

     "Lets go!!" Nick giggled.

     "All right!"

They left and drove to the restaurant that LeeAnne chose.
