A Spark in Revolution

You may of heard about the show Revolution on NBC, but what happened if it all came true? What if the world lost all for of electricity, and had to go back tot he way things we ran during the days before light bulbs? Where we had to fight against a brutal government, rebels, and a southern nation. Well, this would be my story during that time. My name would be different, but my friends, and lovers, would be a little different. I would be in the Appalachian Mountains, and hunt to save my friends, family, and lovers. My weapon of chose would be a bow and arrow. I would be on my own side, and I would be one of the few people to start a spark that turns into a revolution.

2. Chapter 1: 2 Years Later

"Clover! You in there?" I heard Alex say. Oh, I'm in here. I think to myself. "Alex, let her be. She needs some time away from...everything." I heard a voice say. I knew that voice, and I wanted to kill that son of a bitch. "Joey, will you please stop. She has been in a bad mood because of everyone in the village calling her a traitor." Alex said. He's the type to defend me in a hard time. I don't need to run away, I need to kick your head to the ground and stab you, Joey you bastard.

"It doesn't matter Alex, if she is it then she is one of- " Joey was cut off by the door to my shed, which hit him in the face and knocked him to the ground. I walked out and had my Butterfly knife out and ready, to slit his damn throat. "What the hell did you just say about me?" I said while Joey was getting up of the ground. He had a small bloody spot where the door hit him.  "I said if the names are true, then why don't you confess, you two timing little bitch!" He got up and ran towards me.

Now I can kill his fucking ass, I thought to myself. I punched him in the gut with all my might and he bent down in pain. While he was distracted, I gave him a little taste of silver from my Butterfly knife. On his neck. He let out a small yelp of pain. "Damn it!" He was getting back up to lay his filthy hands on my neck, when Alex kicked him to the ground. He placed his foot on Joey's chest so he won't try to get up again.

"Don't you call my sister a bitch unless you want your throat to get sliced open like a ripe tomato." Alex said. I smiled at my brother because he's the only family I have for right now. Everyone else is somewhere out there, plus he's the only one in the village who supports me besides some other people. "You are damn lucky to have him, other wise you would have been dead you little prick!" Joey said from the ground. He tried to kick me, but I gave him another dose of pain with a sharp stop to the knee.

"Next time, it will be an arrow through your head, dumb fuck." I say. Alex let his foot off his chest and Joey crawls back up like a damn raccoon on a tree. "Next time, it will be YOUR head." He turned around and walked down the path to the village. "I want to kill him, Alex. Just one time please." I say to him. He placed his hand on my shoulder.

"Maybe when the army comes in to clean out the rebels, you could say that he's one of them and he can be executed." I looked up at him and smiled. "Thanks, Alex. You have to be the best brother a sister can have." I turned around and gave him a hug. "Thanks Clover, you have to be the best sister ever." He hugs me back. I heard the bell from the church ring in the distance.

"Looks like you have work to do, Clover." I pulled away from him and walked towards the path . "I really don't want to go, not today since the troops are marching in." I said. I heard Alex following right behind me. "We all have to do our part for today, after today you won't have to work for a whole week."

I turn around to face him, "Alex, that's an awesome deal but, I need to keep working to improve myself to show these sons of-" I got cut of by something that shocked me completely; my own brother of flesh and blood smacked his hands onto my face. I pulled away and smacked him in the face harder than I ever had in my life. "Clover Frost, you are a wonderful person and you don't need to impress someone to show them who you are; I believe in you to this day and did when I held you in my arms the day you were born."

I smiled at him and nodded my head in agreement, "Thanks bro, now let's head on back. And don't you EVER touch me again!!" I put the blade back in my pocket, walked to the shed door, locked it, and start walking down the path with my older brother.
