I Wish

Kirsty Evans is your regular 16 year old girl - she loves music, especially the boyband One Direction. In fact, her dream is just to meet them for one day.
She has just finished her GCSEs and is now recording her own homemade CD of her singing songs she has written. She hides her talent from everyone - even her dad who is a manager for some of the biggest musicians in the music industry.
One day, when she is least expecting it, she walks into her house after a day out in town with her friend to find the biggest surprise ever sitting on her sofa.

8. After Party Madness

Harry opened the door on the shiny black limo and let me go in first - he is such a gentleman. He then slid in next to me, followed by Niall then Louis, Liam and Zayn sat on seats opposite us. We were all chatting about what it's like to be famous because if Harry is really going to make me tell my dad and I end up getting a record deal, I need to know what it's like with fans and less privacy than I have now. We arrived at the venue after about fifteen minutes.

The car glided to a halt and we all clambered out of the door. It wasn't clear what the venue was called because we had to sneak in the back door leading to the function room we had hired out to avoid confrontation from any fans that were in there.

When we arrived, I took a moment to admire how big the room was and the huge window that covered one wall of the room - gazing upon the whole of London. The party had already started and all of the boys were at the bar, ordering drinks. I just walked through different sets of crowds towards the window and I leant on the railing in front of it - admiring the night-lit London in which I have never seen before.

I never knew that I had been standing there for over an hour until Zayn came stumbling up to me saying that I should come and join the fun and he dragged me over to a hidden corner.

'Zayn, what are you do-' I was interrupted by his lips smashing into mine. Out of shock I pushed him off. 'What the hell, Zayn! Your fucking drunk, get away from me!' I yelled and tried to move away but he stopped me by putting his arm out.

'C'mon babe, I'm just trying to have some fun!' I slapped him, only hard enough so he would let me go, and walked away. I looked around me, my head spinning and my ears pounding from the music. I just decided to walk out of the room altogether and call a taxi to take me home. I needed a break.

Zayn's POV

My cheek stung like hell for a moment and then I'd realised what I had done; I needed to apologise to Kirsty straight away or she'll never forgive me. She must've thought that I was going to do something to her - I don't know why I did that to her. My chance of asking her out on a date are now very, very slim.

I walked out from the corner and started skimming over the whole room, looking for her. After about 30 minutes of searching though the crowds of people, I realised that she had disappeared from the room. Where was she? I needed to find her. She could be dead in an alleyway somewhere now, and if she is, it would all be my fault.

Unknown POV

Yes, I finally had her. Luckily for me, I worked at the taxi service she called so I said I would take that shift. I've got her alone now, and she's not going to be expecting this.
