1. History Class

I was sitting in the boring History class. I wasn't really listening to what the teacher was saying, I just heard voices of talking and talking. Things that I didn't really care about. This class was too boring and too long  that I always sleep in it and when I wake up I still find the teacher there, talking to himself. As I look at my mates I wonder, doesn't he really know that he is actually talking to himself? I mean half of the students are sleeping and the other half are doodling on their notebooks. I look at my best friend Kyle and I see him nearly crying from boredom. I laugh at this and then the teacher notices me.

"Miss Cross, do you find war funny?" He says.

"Umm, no sir," I say as I stand up.

I just hate my school. I sat down and looked again at Kyle, his expression got much better now, of course. The bell finally rang and I could hear Kyle laughing.

"Shut up." I say waving my hands towards him. I grab my book and my notebook and we got out of the class.

"You did deserve this, you know?" Kyle said.

"Because you were sleeping in his class."

"Like you wouldn't if you had the ability to sleep in classes." I said. we reached the lockers and I put my books there, and got my math books, it's good Kyle shares this class too with me, we just have so much fun together - or actually when it comes to history at least we get bored together. Kyle took his books too and we headed to the math class.

The math class was also very boring, well not as much as the History but still boring. Things only started getting interesting when the class's speakers let out a loud voice, and then it was the principal's.

"Attention, attention students." He started.

"I just wanted to announce that this year's students exchange will be with a school that we never knew of. It turns out it's a very cool school and - well it teaches magic! It's called Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and the exchange won't only last for a week, it will last for a month. so .. yeah that's it. Enjoy your classes." The voice stopped and the students' voices rang up instead, they were all very excited with this announcement. I was too. I gave Kyle a high five.

"Well at least it's gonna be something cool this time." I said.

"Yeah. It diffidently will. Magic tricks - they would be so much fun to learn." Alex said.

"Silence!" the teacher shouted. Instantly the whole classroom was full of total silence. It's awesome how this teacher can shut us all up, it's awesome but frighting in the same time. Alex looked at the teacher innocently, and he continued his boring class, drawing some circles and triangles on the board. The bell rang, I decided that I really hate triangles and circles after that class. The school day was over. Finally.

"You know I've started getting excited about this year's students exchange. I don't know why but I feel like it's going to be so much fun and that there will be so many adventures waiting for us." Alex said while we were getting out.

"Yeah I do too." I agreed.

"You're sure you'll walk me home?" Alex asked.

"Why are we called friends for if I wont do this to you?" I asked her. After her parents got divorced this week her father stopped giving her a drive home and since her mother doesn't -because her house isn't so far from the school and now she lives with her- and so she goes home walking and I go with her.

After ten minutes of walking we reached her house.

"Thanks Kyle." she says.

I hug her, wait for her to get in and then turn away to leave. Alex isn't the only friend I have, neither I am the only friend she's got but she is the best of them. We've been friends since like the first grade when she got lost in school and I helped her.

The school exchange program was the next week, I wonder how this school will be. I think in my way home.
